Familiarity with New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) and USEPA permitting processes. Knowledge of hydraulics, treatment processes, and site civil design principles. Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong attention to detail.
