Responsibilities Support Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan inspections and ensuring compliance with applicable notification and reporting requirements. Conducting monthly stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) inspections and ensuring compliance with stormwater permitting requirements which may include stormwater sampling during a precipitation event. These activities include wildfire management, recreation, mining, grazing, timber harvesting, road and infrastructure maintenance and capital projects.
