Functions in a position of responsibility during the safe and efficient operation of the Regional Landfill White Goods Recycling and Household Hazardous Waste Programs. How You Will Fulfill Your Mission
Complete and submit environmental compliance inspection reports within 24 hours of project inspections and assist in addressing and closing out any inspection issues, which may include email notifications, monitoring, outreach efforts, re-inspection, and enforcement recommendations.

Complete quarterly outfall inspections and annual MS4 stormwater management facility inspections (e.g., bio-retention areas, pavers, green roofs, grass channels) for applicable LaRC water permits and generate formal inspection reports, noting deficiencies and providing recommendations to bring issues back into compliance.
Assist in achieving compliance with the sanitary sewer (HRSD) permit and any HRSD Administrative Orders including, but not limited to generating responses and developing data necessary to comply.
Prepare water permit regulatory correspondence, permit renewals and modifications, evaluate operations and design submittals, and assist in the preparation of external audits of the programs.
Maintain inspection tracking spreadsheets/databases and ensure they are kept up to date.
Assist with the review, update, and implementation of LaRC's Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan (INRMP).
