Receive direction as needed, and especially complex assignments, modified techniques, and new approaches on assignments with conflicting criteria. Work is completed using advanced engineering techniques and design principles and is reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of sound professional judgement. The successful applicant will provide technical assistance for our water resources projects. Many of our projects serve public sector clients, which requires a high level of service and quality. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) stormwater program, including Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) compliance.
