Full-time Description Project Manager - Environmental Due Diligence The Senior Project Manager within AEI's Due Diligence division will perform various environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae ESA projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the commercial real estate sector, and also has superior customer service, writing, time management, and organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Environmental reviews State and federal regulatory program file reviews Field investigations Basic understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance Performance of environmental due diligence projects QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of previous experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred Previous experience performing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the commercial real estate sector preferred Excellent writing, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills required Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels Willingness to travel as necessary Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and have the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, or related field LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS Active AHERA certification preferred Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, asbestos inspector, and/or lead-based paint certification preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The work environment may be both indoors and outdoors. We are seeking a Environmental Cleaning Specialist to work in our Compactor/Chute Cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment in our building. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the compactor and maintaining the trash chute and compactor room. Responsibilities: -Operate the compactor and ensure all trash from the building is properly disposed of. -Maintain the trash chute and compactor room to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. -Perform preventative maintenance of the compactor and report any issues or needed repairs to maintenance personnel. -Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed, including sweeping and mopping of common areas. -Observe all safety guidelines and protocol while operating compactor and chute. Qualifications: -Previous experience operating a trash compactor and working with garbage disposal equipment -Attention to detail and ability to keep work area clean and organized -Ability to regularly lift and stand for extended periods of time -Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions reliably.
