Primary Responsibilities:

Perform QA/QC and ensure delivery of completed reports, policies, and studies meet quality standards and project objectives
Research and interpret current and upcoming regulatory and procedural requirements
Prepare project documentation and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
Collaborate on the development of standards and/or guidelines for planning activities within the team
Execute complex assignments independently, developing new techniques and procedures as needed
Coordinate across Olsson teams and direct design efforts for master plans
Partner with project managers to implement design plans, monitor progress, and flag potential issues

JOB SUMMARY
The Environmental Project Manager provides regulatory support and coordination with local, state, and federal environmental agencies as necessary on environmental concerns and is responsible for managing multiple projects in a time and cost-efficient manner. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Seek and develop relationships with prospective clients as management assigns potential revenue.
Business development including proposal preparation.
Be able to prepare bids, proposals, work plans, or statements of work. Seek higher level reviews/approvals as required.
Develop and implement a budget for each project at its inception. Budget should include, at a minimum, allowable billable labor hour and expected expenses. Time and Expense (T&M) projects may be exempt from this requirement.
Development of remedial action plans to address impacts to both soil and groundwater.
Ensure necessary contract documents are in place prior to initiation of work.
Compile and process all project related data including, but not limited to, daily logs, mileage logs, and field data sheets.
Prepare reports and other documents as needed to satisfy client, contract, regulatory, or other obligations.
Create invoice request/review for completed work as outlined in the project schedule.
Manage assigned projects, including project planning, budgeting, and invoicing.
Project Managers must interact with client(s) through all phases of the project.

We are seeking an Manufacturing Environmental Specialist to support and strengthen environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory readiness across our high-volume manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead day-to-day environmental programs, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and partner closely with operations to build a strong environmental and sustainability culture.

Responsibilities
· Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve overall environmental performance
· Collaborate with Health & Safety to support a strong, integrated EHS culture
· Oversee, prepare, and submit annual environmental permits (TCEQ, SWPPP, SPCC)
· Coordinate ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certification and recertification activities
· Develop and deliver environmental training programs for employees
· Lead environmental strategy, risk reduction initiatives, and compliance improvement projects
· Conduct internal environmental assessments, audits, and site inspections
· Work closely with International's Corporate Environmental Team on North America-wide initiatives
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies
· Establish, track, and report environmental performance goals for the facility
· Monitor and report key environmental metrics and KPIs on a regular basis
· Support Manufacturing 4.0 and continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability
· Maintain and execute the facility's Waste Management Plan
· Serve as the primary liaison with local government and environmental regulatory agencies
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree
+ At least 2 years of environmental health and safety experience in manufacturing facility

+ At least 4 years of environmental health and safety experience in manufacturing facility

Environmental scientist job in Oklahoma City, OK
This position supports the Air Quality Team with the primary focus of ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal air quality laws and regulations applicable to the upstream oil and gas industry. This role provides technical support for various aspects of air quality compliance programs, including but not limited to air permit application development, preparation of emission inventories, emissions testing, regulatory reviews, compliance recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Own all aspects of air emissions compliance program for applicable regional operations area.
Build strong relationships with both operations staff in the corporate office and field-based leadership.
Maintain a current working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations for the oil & gas industry at local, state, and federal levels - particularly state and federal air permitting requirements, New Source Performance Standards, and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants.
Collaborate with Engineering/Operations, as requested, during the design and installation phase of facilities to ensure adequate consideration is given to compliance with air quality regulations.
Manage preparation of air permit applications and serve as primary point of contact for related correspondence with regulatory agencies.
Implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance to permit terms and conditions.
Support efforts to respond to and meet with state and federal agencies about alleged air quality violations and other issues.
Coordinate and manage emissions testing program and actual emissions compliance evaluations for applicable regional operations area.
