Responsibilities
Supervises employee s assigned to areas
Checks on assignments given to employees. Makes frequent rounds and inspections. Inspects all floors and makes sure all patient rooms are cleaned and ready. Review appearance of all areas
and then takes corrective action if needed. Makes rounds with department managers and makes necessary adjustments to correct recurring situations of deficiencies.
Schedules employees work schedules. Schedules employees days to work and days off. Schedules employees vacation, holidays etc. Maintains employee attendance, documents and, takes disciplinary action when necessary. Adjusts schedules accordingly.
