**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a natural resources or environmental sciences program from an accredited program\.

+ Minimum 10 years' related professional experience in California, in natural resources and/or environmental permitting project execution including leading teams in the field or office, coordinating staff, and/or project management\.

+ Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients\.

**Who You Are**

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Planning or Biology.

+ 7+ years experience in Environmental Permitting or related field, and prior experience with preparing and/or reviewing permits

+ Existing working relationships with regulatory agencies in at least two of the following Southwest Mountain states: Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

+ Ability to lead successful business development pursuits with energy clients in the Southwest Mountain District.

+ Knowledge of siting and routing for electric transmission projects
