Seeking a Staff Engineer to perform landfill construction quality assurance (CQA). This position may require travel and overnight stays including some weekends, depending on job site location. Determine electrical and mechanical equipment costs for preliminary process designs. Performs operations, testing and reporting within pilot studies to meet objectives in coordination with other departments, at customer sites. Prior coursework in wastewater systems is strongly encouraged for this position. Product Management Department Objective: To maximize water and wastewater treatment equipment product value for customers and the business by defining a clear vision and strategy, understanding market needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to build and launch successful products, managing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring profitability, ultimately aligning product success with overarching company goals. To act as a resource for internal and to provide technical assistance to both Internal and External Customers including Consulting Engineers, end users, Plant Operators, Sales Representatives, Application Engineering, Cost Estimating, and Customer Service with the end goal of securing systems orders for the company. Interns within the Product Management department may be tasked with the following: Aid in work in Product-Related programs, including advanced resiliency testing and design tool development Participate in the operation of full-scale demonstration facility, with focus on nutrient removal, and alternative aeration equipment.
