ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(90%) Patient MRI Imaging
Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure
Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately
Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats scanned, while providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure
Adjusts MRI scan parameters correctly and as needed
Maintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologist, referring customers and other associates and peers

2. Good knowledge of residential construction.
3. Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and applicable regulations.
4. Completes routine inspection to ensure safe conditions exist.
5. Complete accurate records regarding all Environmental work orders and/or subcontracted services.
6. Report any maintenance or resident related concerns to manager and/or supervisor in a timely manner.
7. Attend and participate in training seminars as requested. Be aware and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies and procedures.
8. Ensure effective, timely and professional interactions with residents, contractors and team members.
9. Perform technician level repairs as needed (remove/replace water heaters, remove/replace HVAC systems, minor sheetrock repairs, etc.)
10. Calibrates and maintains related equipment in accordance with industry standards.
11. Perform PM inspections as assigned.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the water mitigation remediation/restoration industry.
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in RRP Lead Safe work practices.
3. A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential construction work.
4. Must be able to pass background investigation and drug test screening.
Required Education/Training:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
3. All specific certifications required by law.
4. Must successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by MMS
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
2. Perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below.
FOR GS-11: Successfully completed 1 year of specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. As a Physical Scientist in a science center within the U.S. Geological Science Center, some of your specific duties will include:
* Plans and leads multiple complex research and analysis projects related to wildfire modeling.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: This position has a positive Education Requirement in addition to at least one year of Specialized Experience OR substitution of education for experience OR combination (if applicable) in order to be found minimally qualified. EDUCATION:
Degree: physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics.

Combination of education and experience: education equivalent to one of the majors shown above that included at least 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science, plus appropriate experience or additional education.
AND

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. * Supporting research and development for space weather satellite instruments and data use and related topics; and
* Applying professional or scientific knowledge to support satellite mission design, instrument calibration and validation, satellite data product generation, and operation of the space weather satellites and instruments.

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION: 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A combination of education and professional experience. Combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience may be used to meet total experience requirements. (Note: Only graduate level education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be combined with experience.)
To qualify at the ZP-4 or GS-13 level:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In addition to meeting the Basic Requirements above, applicants must also possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZP-3 or GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following:
* Leading satellite system or subsystem development, space weather instrumentation design, space weather algorithm development and instrument calibration and validation; and
* Leading intra-agency and inter-agency projects and activities, and providing scientific oversight and guidance to space weather projects.
Education

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking Data Center Infrastructure Technicians to join a large-scale initiative in one of our Fortune 10 client's Data Centers in the northern Virginia region. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the data center cooling systems by installing, maintaining, and repairing the hot aisle containment systems (HAC) that ensure proper airflow management and temperature control within our client's facilities. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of accountability to deliver solutions with precision and excellence.
This is a physically demanding role requiring keen attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in fields such as carpentry, mechanics, construction, HVAC, or general contracting are a plus.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and diagrams.
Proficient in using a tape measure to take precise measurements, including down to 1/16th of an inch.
Skilled in using hand and power tools for fabrication, assembly, and installation.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated history of creating solutions based on technical documentation.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in conditions ranging from 90-120 degrees.
Comfortable working in small spaces, climbing ladders, and performing tasks at elevated heights.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability for quality and accuracy in their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Install hot aisle containment systems (HAC) in accordance with engineering specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in measurements and assembly.
Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to ensure alignment with project goals and system layouts.
Fabricate and customize materials to meet unique site requirements.
Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair installed systems to uphold operational efficiency.
Identify and remedy mistakes promptly, demonstrating a commitment to doing what is right over what is easy.
Document all work thoroughly, maintaining accurate records of activities, measurements, and configurations.
Proactively address and resolve individual and team accountability issues, including improper tool usage or non-compliance with safety protocols.
Adhere strictly to safety standards to maintain a safe and effective working environment.
EXPECTATIONS
As a Data Center Infrastructure Technician, you will be expected to:
Strictly commit to following and upholding all data center security protocols. You will be briefed on all security protocols and expectations daily.
Adhere rigorously to the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policy. Proper PPE will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own Composite Toe Shoes if you already own them.
Remain flexible and adaptable to unexpected "Blocked" and "Restricted" workdays dictated by the client due to major holidays or world events. These workdays will be communicated with as much notice as possible but will be unpaid.
Be part of an agile team that is not stationary and follows a schedule. The schedule is created based on allocated data centers and the work associated with each location. You will move from data center to data center according to the schedule, spending varying lengths of time at each site (e.g., one week at one data center, three days at another, and a week and a half at another). Efforts are made to limit same-day travel between locations.
