Conduct inspections of Forklifts, Eyewash Stations, Fire Extinguishers, Spill Kits, Hazmat area, etc. Complete all necessary paperwork Manage all production equipment chemical distribution: MEKP, drummed chemical, etc. Puncture & dispose of aerosol cans per regulations and training. Participate in Forklift Training, Safety Training, and MEKP Training. Participate in Hazardous Waste, RCRA, and DOT Training as required by law. Manage safe curing and catalyzation of lamination chemicals. Assist with resin deliveries as needed. Follow SOP's for waste handling and disposal. Schedule and prepare empty drums for recycling every 1-3 days. Maintain storm drains. Maintain proper housekeeping of work area, storage cabinets, supplies, and equipment. Complete tasks & projects in allotted time. Performs all waste minimization practices. Maintain hazmat logs. Ensure all hot material, garbage, and recyclable material is removed from the plant prior to the end of the shift daily. All other duties as required. Qualifications Qualifications: Able to follow instructions. Safety & Quality minded during all tasks. Dexterous. Forklift certification is required. Hazmat training preferred but not required.
