The primary role of the NDE Technician is to provide Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) support for manufacturing processes such as welding and machining. Additionally, the technician will assist in the development of NDT procedures and techniques, administer training, and aid in the certification of NDT personnel. Responsibilities + Provide NDT support for manufacturing processes including welding and machining. + Assist Level III personnel in developing NDT procedures and techniques. + Administer training and certification for NDT personnel. + Perform radiographic, ultrasonic, visual, and penetrant testing. + Document inspection results and maintain strong documentation skills. + Inspect structural components with a focus on welding inspection. + Collaborate with team members and government customers on-site.
