Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Change Analyst to provide high-quality support on a 4-month organizational strategy engagement. This role will work closely with the Team Lead to assist with assessments, logistics, content development, and documentation. Ideal for someone with a consulting mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the current state assessment by organizing findings related to structure, processes, and metrics.
Coordinate and help document outcomes from 1:1 interviews and team sessions.
Assist in developing PowerPoint decks, summary reports, and visioning documents.
Track quick win initiatives and other action items using shared project tools.
Provide logistical and analytical support for team development and coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a change management, strategy, or business analyst role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative tools.
Excellent organization, communication, and note-taking skills.
Experience supporting consultants or project teams in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Projects involve a considerable amount of overnight travel, projects may be all over the country. The field-testing portion of each project typically lasts from 1 to 5 days and the test teams are generally home on the weekends, but some projects may require working or traveling on a weekend. The number of people needed in the field and the number of days in the field, varies with each project and changes from week to week. Expect 75% of the weeks to involve field work.
* When not in the field, duties may include equipment calibrations and repairs, prep and packing for future projects.
* During testing, the Environmental Technician will be at the location recording data, operating equipment, or working in the trailer recovering samples, performing analysis, etc.
* The Environmental Technician will become proficient in the various EPA sampling methods and develop knowledge about many types of industrial processes.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Must be able to comfortably lift and carry 50 pounds. The testing projects can involve moving equipment to, and working at, elevated test locations, such as an exhaust stack platform or a rooftop. Access to the test location may be by elevator, stairs, or a ladder.
* Must be able to work comfortably throughout all the seasons as much of the work is outdoors.
* Completion of assigned responsibilities in a team setting with strong written and oral communication skills, and moderate computer skills.
* Successful completion of a background check and drug test (including marijuana) prior to employment or within five working days from date of hire. Once hired, participation in the TRC random drug testing program.
* Possession of a valid driver's license and successful completion of a pre-employment motor vehicle records check to confirm a good driving record. Once hired, maintaining valid DOT driver status (not Commercial Driver's License) is required.
* Successful completion of all required annual safety training.
* High School diploma or GED is required.

EnviroScience is currently seeking an on-call field technician for our Stow, Ohio office who would only be utilized when project work demands exceed our existing staff. This is a part-time variable on-call position to grow our Scalable Workforce Team. Full-time work is not guaranteed. Most work would be East of the Mississippi but potential to travel all over the U.S.
Potential Responsibilities:
• Respond to Emergency Reponses including train derailments, oil spills, and other emergency responses throughout the U.S.
• Be on call and able to travel to various emergency responses for extended periods of time.

• Supporting tree and shrub planting projects

With direction from the School Program Manager, leads school groups on an as-needed basis as part of CNC's education team. Programs:
Prepare for and lead school groups and public programs through interpretive educational experiences at Rowe Woods.
Attend all required trainings with a focus on continuous improvement to deliver effective and inspirational programs as needed.
Typical school program times are between 9am - 2pm, Monday - Friday, from September through May. Public programs occur primarily on weekends and evenings. Most part-time naturalists work between 12-15 hours per week, or up to 24 hours.
Use natural history knowledge to support CNC Naturalist led hikes.

Materials Evaluation Laboratory
The Materials Evaluation Lab characterizes the microstructure and physical properties of TSMD's products to support production and engineering goals. Primary characterization methods include optical and scanning electron microscopy, electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), X-ray diffraction, hardness, tensile/yield strength testing, and Keyence image analysis. Technicians in the MEL Lab, position-dependent, prepare samples, operate test equipment, perform routine equipment maintenance, and interface with the laboratory information management system software. Technicians work with power tools and polishing equipment, as well as acids and solvents in an ISO14001/ISO9001 certified environment.

ARTLENS Gallery Technician (Part-time)

The Cleveland Museum of Art seeks a tech-savvy, customer-focused part-time ARTLENS Gallery Technician to join the award-winning Digital Innovation and Technology Services department. Technicians greet visitors and guide them through the onboarding process for our innovative interactive digital gallery and app, encouraging them to utilize digital toolsets to look closer, dive deeper, and feel comfortable exploring every gallery in the museum. Work Environment
This job operates in a petrochechemical / refinery environment. Exposure to cold working conditions during winter months and hot working conditions during the summer months. In an emergency situation, exposure to hazardous chemicals may occur and the use of a respirator is required. All employees will be required to be fit tested for the various respirators used as well as the ability to successfully pass a pulmonary function test (PFT).
