1. GS-7: You must have completed or will complete a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's from an accredited institution AND must have documented Superior Academic Achievement (SAA) at the undergraduate level in the following:
a) Grade Point Average 2.95 or higher out of a possible 4.0 as recorded on your official transcript or as computed based on 4 years of education or as computed based on courses completed during the final 2 years of curriculum; OR 3.45 or higher out of a possible 4.0 based on the average of the required courses completed in your major field or the required courses in your major field completed during the final 2 years of your curriculum.
2. GS-9: You must have completed 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree:

The Site is a world class facility supporting Qnity business units such as Kalrez USA LLC, HD Microsystems and EKC Advanced Electronics USA, LLC. Our successful candidate will be primarily responsible for satisfying the Site's EHS compliance obligations and identifying & driving continuous improvement programs. As a key member of the Mid Atlantic EH&S Hub, responsibilities will also include general support for Qnity Electronics EH&S programs and policies.
A successful EHS Specialist will be required to do the following.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provides leadership in overall management of EHS in the plant.
* Develops, implements and maintains EHS policies and procedures to comply with safety laws, regulations and standards.
* Works with Qnity Electronics EHS specialist and industrial hygienist to implement and maintain policies and procedures to comply safety, health, and environmental laws, regulations and standards.
* Drive incident investigations to identify root cause and corrective/preventive actions
* Coordinates and supports plant safety, health and environment management programs and initiatives.
* Be a visual presence on the operating floors, labs, etc., and provide counsel, advice and support to other functions on all safety, health and environmental related matters.
* Identifies at risk behaviors and eliminate and/or mitigate.
* Leads and participates in environmental, health and safety inspections, assessments and audits and track corrective actions to closure.
* Liaison between the company and safety related governmental authorities, agencies, committees or professional services.
* Develop, coordinate and conduct EH&S required training in accordance with Qnity Electronics, local, state and federal regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum University Degree in Safety Sciences, Environmental, Engineering or related major. Prefer a minimum of Five years professional experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.

This position will require the individual to be on their feet for the majority of their shift. May be exposed to certain levels of noise with the equipment in operation.
Depending on location of position, work hours will vary depending on patient/resident needs. This may include overtime, call, backup call, nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to use computer and prior cleaning experience is helpful. Knowledge of materials, equipment, cleaning methods and cleaning chemicals is helpful. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Previous custodial experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Overview:
Positions will be located within the USDA Service Center and will provide conservation technical assistance and conservation program delivery to private landowners within their assigned districts and other priority areas as appropriate. The incumbent will work in a joint capacity with USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and other State and Federal partners to promote, accelerate enrollment, coordinate, and implement the conservation provisions of the Federal Farm Bill and other wildlife related conservation programs.
Activities will include program promotion (workshops and one-on-one meetings), contract coordination, writing conservation plans, site assessment, and reporting. Work with local chapters of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever (PF & QF) and other local partners to increase habitat management efforts and participate in regional and statewide habitat meetings. Assist or coordinate activities and projects with other PF & QF and NRCS staff. This position will be an employee of, and supervised by Pheasants Forever, Inc. & Quail Forever, with daily instruction and leadership provided by NRCS and PF & QF.
About the Area:
Kansas offers large expanses of native shortgrass, mixed grass, and tallgrass prairies, which support diverse and abundant wildlife populations. Eastern Kansas offers abundant outdoor recreational opportunities, including wildlife areas managed by Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP), KDWP's Walk-In Hunting Access program, and National Refuges that provides opportunities for upland game bird, deer, waterfowl hunting, hiking, and wildlife viewing.
Specific Duties:
Provide technical assistance (biology focus) and guidance to private landowners, government agencies, non-government organizations and other groups for USDA NRCS Conservation Programs. The positions will receive training on the USDA NRCS, PF & QF, KDWP, and other local and state programs.
Coordinates the implementation and application of wildlife programs within target landscapes in cooperation with the local NRCS, Conservation District Managers, KDWP Biologists, PF & QF Biologists, and other state partners as appropriate.
Completes contracts, applications, and other required documentation for the conservation programs requiring biological expertise in cooperation with the listed partners.
Communicates program requirements, completes site visits to determine eligibility, and develops contracts/plans for applicants/participants for USDA-NRCS Conservation Programs and other local and state programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with landowners and partner agencies.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of wildlife ecology, grassland, wetland, and early succession habitat management including the ability to utilize various habitat management tools in the development of management plans.

Demonstrate knowledge of housekeeping processes, tools and techniques in a healthcare environment; ability to apply this to provide a clean and sterile environment for patients/residents and facility staff. May be responsible for the following locations to clean but not limited to; patient/resident rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
Wear the proper protective equipment following the appropriate guidelines. Keep storage, equipment and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Environmental Services Technicians will have access to pagers and other technology that they will be responsible to use appropriately when needed. Assist in the laundry areas as appropriate. Depending upon location and availability of programs, may have access to use of technology applications.
Physical activities include but not limited to, considerable use of arms and legs and moving of whole body; such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, twisting, squatting, and handling materials. Ability to lift and/or move up to 40-50lbs and push/pull up variable weight limits on flat surfaces or up and down ramps. This position will require the individual to be on their feet for the majority of their shift. May be exposed to certain levels of noise with the equipment in operation.
Depending on location of position, work hours will vary depending on patient/resident needs. This may include overtime, call, backup call, nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to use computer and prior cleaning experience is helpful. Knowledge of materials, equipment, cleaning methods and cleaning chemicals is helpful. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Previous custodial experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

WMA Biologist: Has primary responsibility for the management of and is primary POC for assigned Wildlife Management Areas (WMA), Proactively manages wildlife and native plant communities, and operates and maintains facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and lands, including wetlands/wetland development units and shooting ranges within assigned WMA(s). Serves as burn boss for WMA prescribed burning program writes prescribed burn plans, is responsible for safely conducting prescribed burns, fire containment, and reducing smoke impacts, and assists with prescribed burns across management region. Designs, implements, and monitors agriculture, grazing, hay and/or timber leasing or harvest programs, evaluates lease site, prepares leases for bidding, supervises lessee contract compliance, and prompts/monitors lessee for payments. Prepares and implements annual and long-term management plans, utilizing GIS for data entry, management, and analysis, and for monitoring, planning, and reporting management activities and results.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
* Knowledge of professional environmental physical scientific principles, practices, techniques, and procedures to effectively participate in project development, execution, training, and assistance in assigned projects (see Environmental Program Checklist).
* Knowledge to troubleshoot routine environmental physical science problems requiring investigation of unsanitary or questionable conditions in assigned projects (see Environmental Program Checklist).

Overview:
Positions will be located within the USDA Service Center and will provide conservation technical assistance and conservation program delivery to private landowners within their assigned districts and other priority areas as appropriate. The incumbent will work in a joint capacity with USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and other State and Federal partners to promote, accelerate enrollment, coordinate, and implement the conservation provisions of the Federal Farm Bill and other wildlife related conservation programs.
Activities will include program promotion (workshops and one-on-one meetings), contract coordination, writing conservation plans, site assessment, and reporting. Work with local chapters of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever (PF & QF) and other local partners to increase habitat management efforts and participate in regional and statewide habitat meetings. Assist or coordinate activities and projects with other PF & QF and NRCS staff. This position will be an employee of, and supervised by Pheasants Forever, Inc. & Quail Forever, with daily instruction and leadership provided by NRCS and PF & QF.
About the Area:
Kansas offers large expanses of native shortgrass, mixed grass, and tallgrass prairies, which support diverse and abundant wildlife populations. Eastern Kansas offers abundant outdoor recreational opportunities, including wildlife areas managed by Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP), KDWP's Walk-In Hunting Access program, and National Refuges that provides opportunities for upland game bird, deer, waterfowl hunting, hiking, and wildlife viewing.
Specific Duties:
Provide technical assistance (biology focus) and guidance to private landowners, government agencies, non-government organizations and other groups for USDA NRCS Conservation Programs. The positions will receive training on the USDA NRCS, PF & QF, KDWP, and other local and state programs.
Coordinates the implementation and application of wildlife programs within target landscapes in cooperation with the local NRCS, Conservation District Managers, KDWP Biologists, PF & QF Biologists, and other state partners as appropriate.
Completes contracts, applications, and other required documentation for the conservation programs requiring biological expertise in cooperation with the listed partners.
Communicates program requirements, completes site visits to determine eligibility, and develops contracts/plans for applicants/participants for USDA-NRCS Conservation Programs and other local and state programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with landowners and partner agencies.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of wildlife ecology, grassland, wetland, and early succession habitat management including the ability to utilize various habitat management tools in the development of management plans.
Knowledge of conservation and wildlife habitat programs provided by federal (i.e., Farm Bill, US Fish and Wildlife Service), state, & local entities. In addition, knowledge of how these programs are implemented in an agricultural landscape is desired.
Knowledge of or practical experience with agricultural systems and farming.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with ArcGIS and Conservation Desktop.
Valid driver's license required with an acceptable driving record and history.
Must be able to obtain USDA Federal Security Clearance.
Education and Experience Guidelines:
A minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Management or closely related natural resources field. Proven experience working with USDA Farm Bill programs (CRP, CREP, ACEP, EQIP, and CSP) is preferred.
