This onsite position is located in Oak Ridge, TN. **Primary Responsibilities** + Provides Environmental Compliance (EC) functional support for the East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) and ETTP National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permit. This includes preparing sampling and analysis plans, reviewing laboratory results, conducting SWPPP inspections, writing SWPPP annual reports, submitting the annual Discharge Monitoring Report to regulators, and preparing the ETTP NPDES permit renewal application. + Updates and provides sampling and analysis plan each year to UT-Battelle to conduct the ETTP Biological Monitoring and Abatement Program (BMAP) which includes fish community studies, benthic macroinvertebrate sampling, and fish and clam bioaccumulation studies. + Requests and coordinates investigative sampling in the permitted storm drain network. + Supports various projects in obtaining Aquatic Resource Alteration Permits (ARAPs) and/or Construction General Permit (CGP) coverage from the State of Tennessee. + Provides backup support for the ETTP surface water monitoring program. + Serves as UCOR's subject matter expert (SME) for Clean Water Act (CWA) regulations, NPDES permits, SWPPP documents, BMAP, and ARAPs.
