Key Responsibilities: * Possess knowledge of Enovis Foot and Ankle product families and contents of surgical trays * Prioritize loaner requests, focusing on fulfilling requests for loaner sets * Review and maintain surgical loaner instrument and implant sets * Update the set inventory lists to reflect changes in lot codes * Accurately transfer sets from work-in-progress storage location to available stock for shipment * Stay informed about ERP systems, engage in ERP training, and be proficient in navigating the ERP system * Manage the receipt of inventory including receiving product and inputting inventory data into the ERP system * Manage and organize all inventory related documentation * Communicate with other departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality and Executive Committee regarding inventory fulfillment needs and updates. Work with Commercial and Marketing to ensure a proper configuration is maintained * Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities * Package/ship product to replenish internal and field inventory needs when necessary * Fulfill, package, ship, and reconcile Loaners and consignment sets * Clean and/or disinfect returned fielded inventory as required per company procedures * Follow good documentation practices for completing and filing forms * Follow 5s methodology of cleaning, maintaining and organizing personal workspace and surrounding area Minimum Basic Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment * Must have basic mathematical skills * Must have legible handwriting * Ability to tug, pull, or lift up to fifty (50) pounds * Ability to sit in front of a computer terminal for extended periods of time * Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
