About the Role
What You'll Be Doing:
Utilize OLAF task management software to identify samples requiring probing.
Physically retrieve and organize samples from designated storage cabinets.
Operate Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to load samples, locate probing sites, and conduct analysis.
Use CAD software to align physical samples with corresponding CAD layouts.
Analyze signal transmission across chip layers, tracing signals in CAD to identify drivers and receivers.
Perform precise probe manipulation using a joystick controller to establish contact and collect accurate data.
Compile, document, and communicate measurement results through detailed reports.
Apply fundamental knowledge of MOSFET operation to analysis; advanced understanding of semiconductor physics and processing technology is beneficial.
About You
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in the STEM field plus 4 years of experience working in a similar environment
Hands-on analytical tool experience including SEM, Transmission Electron Microscopy and/or beam based tools.
Basic knowledge of Semiconductors
Computer literacy
Use internal task management system to identify samples ready for probing
Operate Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) for failure analysis.
Utilizing CAD software to align physical samples with layouts.
Analyzing signal transmission and trace signals in CAD.
Performing precise probe manipulations for data collection.
Basic knowledge of MOSFET operation and semiconductor physics.

* Independently plan, implement and administer assigned projects

* Conduct stocking surveys and become proficient in identifying and developing vegetation management and restocking prescriptions
* Secure an Oregon Private Pesticide Applicators License within 6 months and maintain license through continuing education
* Become qualified at the LRB level for wildfire suppression in conjunction with agency partners
* Generate GIS work maps for field work
* Assist other foresters with slash burning and become familiar with burn permitting procedures and regulations as they relate to smoke management and air quality control
* Independently recognize and solve complex issues in the assigned work package
* Continuously gain knowledge and skills as informed by the assigned development plan
* Maintain good relationships with the public and neighbors at all times
* Represent the Company positively in all interactions with agencies and industry cooperators
* Interact directly with state agencies, as necessary, to move projects forward

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

FOR GS-11: Successfully completed 1 year of specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, the specialized experience must have been at the GS-09 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service. The Opportunity
Manulife Forest Management is seeking a Forester or Senior Forester (depending on experience and qualifications) to join the team in Oregon, based out of our Coos Bay, OR office. This position supports forest management operations on approximately 293,000 acres in the “Western Oregon Region”. Daily assignments are performed in a friendly team environment alongside a diverse group of foresters, managers, and administrative personnel.

Develop and sustain relationships with MFM staff, regulatory agencies, and other partners
Participate with area and region staff in harvest operations, silviculture, transportations systems, and land records management
Harvest unit design and layout, boundary delineation, harvest system selection
Logging contract administration, including bidding or negotiating onboard truck pricing
Development of harvesting budgets and forecasts
Assist with silviculture activities including planting, precommercial thinning, competing vegetation control, fertilization, insect, animal and disease damage control, etc.
Environmental stewardship including Oregon Forest Practices Act and SFI compliance
Stewardship of people, including development, implementation, and leadership in support of the MFM safety principles
Support acquisitions, client relations, accounting, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Able to work independently with frequent field work and navigate to locations in the woods
A bachelor's degree in Forest Management or Forest Engineering preferred, other related fields will be considered

You'll be joining a team of dedicated professionals with the opportunity to learn environmental regulations and how we remove hazardous materials from the waste stream.
Consolidate, treat, store, transport and/or dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmentally responsible and compliant practices, policies, and procedures.
This is a physically active job where you'll be:
Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds throughout the day
Operating a forklift and other mobile equipment to move containers to and from storage and treatment areas and to load and unload trailers.
Complete required documentation accurately, timely and legibly in accordance with applicable regulations and customer policies, practices and procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday
Ability to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
At minimum 8 years in a utility and/or heavy construction environments with a minimum of 5-years in EHV transmission lines, HVDC, power generation or sub-stations.
Working knowledge is preferred for solar PV, battery energy storage systems, wind turbines generators, HVDC converter stations and gas turbines.
Experience interpreting IFC engineering packages and technical drawings.
Experience with Quality Management Systems (i.e. ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) and the development of quality processes, procedures and work instructions.
Ability to be able to read and understand engineering specifications and drawing and assess constructability and make necessary recommendations to engineering teams.

Maintain records according to Industrial Pretreatment Program regulations and City procedures; Assist with industrial user inspections and reporting; Assist the Pretreatment Coordinator in implementing and administering IPP procedures.
As time permits, actively participate in Western States FOG Alliance subcommittees and participate in training opportunities. Advocate for the city when discussing policy, procedural, and regulatory changes that will impact Gresham

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Consolidate, treat, store, transport and/or dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmentally responsible and compliant practices, policies, and procedures.
This is a physically active job where you'll be:
+ Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds throughout the day
Operating a forklift and other mobile equipment to move containers to and from storage and treatment areas and to load and unload trailers.
Complete required documentation accurately, timely and legibly in accordance with applicable regulations and customer policies, practices and procedures.
**Rate of pay $20.00**
**Basic Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Valid Drivers License
+ Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday
+ Ability to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods
+ Visual acuity to read labels and documentation; depth perception to safely drive forklifts
+ Ability to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms
+ Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled conditions
+ Willingness and ability to wear company-issued personal protection equipment including safety glasses, hard had, steel toed shoes, gloves, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator (gentlemen - this means no beards)
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
+ Basic computer skills to complete web-based training
+ Ability to understand and respond to written and verbal English
+ Ability to predictably and regularly attend work during scheduled hours. Must be willing and able to occasionally work nights, weekends and variable schedule(s) as necessary.
+ Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and coworkers
