Who We're Looking For: A motivated and energetic individual who is interested in building science and systems as well as environmental health & safety concerns. Technicians will spend the majority of their time at project sites in their respective areas and occasionally throughout California. Technicians will also prepare reports and other project documents related to field operations. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a Science-related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years in the industry, with a focus on asbestos, lead, water intrusion, indoor air quality, and mold/moisture inspections. Skills: Excellent communication Client management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Certifications: Asbestos: Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) required.* Lead: CA Inspector/Assessor or Sampling Technician preferred or ability to obtain.
