These positions are at Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait and require active DOD Secret clearances. Requirements: Manage and operate the Hazardous Material Yards. Implement Base Environmental Plans. Ensure timelines and deadlines for all base plan actions, inspections, and reports are met. Conduct necessary training of base personnel as directed by the client or base environmental plan. Understand the difference between short-term recovery and long-term remediation/clean-up. Understand when to implement the Environmental impact analysis process (EIAP). Ability to coordinate with external government agencies. Technical writing skills. Ability to forecast and schedule training. Ability to read and apply regulations. General Responsibilities: Conduct and participate in standard archeological work assignments as needed, including survey, background research, artifact and records processing, field excavations and monitoring, laboratory processing, and reporting as assigned.
