We are seeking a Compliance Technician to join our facilities management team, supporting our
Facilities Maintenance program. In this role, you will assist with maintaining proper Fire Life Safety
and building compliance requirements for client buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for reviewing and managing all Fire and Life Safety work orders and inspection
reports including those provided by external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory
standards. This includes:
o Reviewing inspection documentation to identify deficiencies, required follow-up actions,
and any necessary interim life safety measures (ILSM) or infection control / pre-
construction risk assessments (ICRA/ PCRA)
o Coordinating and scheduling necessary corrective actions with vendors, the medical
practice office, and internal maintenance team
o Maintaining organized records of inspection reports and related documentation in the
designated physical or electronic binder system.
o Tracking inspection schedules and ensuring systems such as fire alarms, sprinkler and
suppression systems, fire doors, and generator/emergency power systems are
inspected, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.

Conduct and document safety inspections
Communicate safety and environmental requirements to individuals and employee groups

Required Experience: Formal or informal on the job training and 2-years' experience in the Marine Coating Industry or Maritime Safety Industry. Must have thorough knowledge of federal and State local regulations within the marine industry. Entry level position, under the guidance of a more senior ESH Technician must demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately absorb and retain the information and experience imparted.
Required Skills: Must be able to read and interpret documents relevant to customer, company, local, state and federal safety & environmental regulations as necessary; such as contract specifications, safety & environmental rules and regulations, procedures, etc. Must be able to work cooperatively and productively with other employees and facility owner/customer personnel. Must be able to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form.

Field Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, network equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points), personal computers, and other related hardware in commercial settings.
Perform low
voltage cabling installations, including pulling, routing, and terminating various cable types (e.g., Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic) according to industry standards and best practices.
Conduct pre-installation site surveys and assessments to ensure proper equipment placement and identify potential challenges.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Install Technician or similar role, with a strong focus on POS systems, networking, and PC hardware.
Demonstrated expertise in low voltage wiring methods and terminations, including familiarity with various connectors and testing equipment.
Prior experience with pulling and managing low-voltage cables in commercial or industrial environments.
Proficiency in using powered hand tools safely and effectively.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least 2 years of surveillance experience which should include electronic, mechanical, PC and networking aptitude.
Able to climb ladders, carry equipment up to 50lbs, sit, stand, walk for an extended period of time.
Experience in CCTV equipment, installation, maintenance, and diagnostic/repair of CCTV equipment.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
