Job Summary (Purpose):
The ACE Operations Supervisor is a working Supervisor role. The individual will supervise and work with independent contract drivers in the delivery of Cynch tanks. Also responsible for creating routes, managing routes throughout the day, handling customer service issues and same day orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Involved in all aspects of the delivery process to include creating routes, assisting in loading trucks, managing the routes to improve efficiency.
Ensure Safety compliance and all contractors are wearing proper PPE
Ensure contractors are completing all stops and giving a great experience to customers.
Track and report cylinder inventory
Manage inventory of supplies needed to produce cylinders
Deliver when needed
Train new contractors as required

Duties and Responsibilities
With a commitment to safety, oversees the district employees in the day-to-day district activities:
Performs the duties of a CRR, Service Tech, or Delivery Representative as needed
Supervises district activities by directing work of others in the most efficient manner

Performs administrative work (A/P Invoices, Credit Memos, Promotional Giveaways, etc) as authorized
Order parts and fittings and manage district hardgoods inventory levels
Manage district propane inventory

Required Education and Experience
Required federal, state and local licenses/permits/certifications for work being performed; ability to work with code enforcement officials, regulatory personnel and permitting jurisdictions
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Two or more years in the propane industry preferred
Computer skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
Valid Florida Qualifier License or Master Qualifier License, or the eligibility to obtain one after hire, is preferred

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure timely scheduled container shipments, manage container stacking operations, supervise a team of Gate Clerks (potentially supervise other job titles), and align product spec availability via rail with scheduled container shipments. You will also serve as a liaison between our local team and our logistics team at our Sioux Falls, South Dakota headquarters. You will work as part of a world-class team to provide industry leading communication and logistical execution.
Work with the POET logistics team in Sioux Falls, SD to optimize container schedule workflow.
Monitor vessel schedules at the Port of Savannah and maintain current data in POET's operating system.
Communicate with the POET Terminal - Savannah team effectively and help manage through challenging logistical situations.
Provide the data necessary to complete the international container shipment documentation process to the logistics team.
Keep current on all pertinent regulations impacting POET's export processes through the Georgia Port Authority.
