About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Media Director to join our growing team at Envision Horizons in 2025. In this role, you'll build full-funnel media strategies for high-value clients, working closely with Account Managers and Paid Search Specialists to achieve goals and improve campaign performance. You'll provide insights in client meetings, lead training sessions, stay current on industry trends, and help with recruiting and onboarding new team members. You'll also contribute to improving internal processes for better collaboration and efficiency.
Salary: With a competitive base salary ranging from $110k to $120k and performance-based commissions of $15k to $30k, your On-Target Earnings (OTE) can reach up to $150k, offering a significant reward based on your success and impact.

What You'll Do:
Develop full-funnel media strategies for clients over $25k+ a month on advertising, collaborating with Account Managers and Paid Search Specialists.
Lead Office Hours for strategy collaboration with Account Managers and team members.
Participate in media calls and QBRs for clients spending $50k+ and month on advertising, providing strategic insights.
Lead advertising training sessions for Account Managers, Paid Search, and DSP Specialists to ensure best practices and up-to-date skills.
Monitor and ensure your pod's media goals and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Ensure Amazon Advertising certifications across the team, maintaining high standards of expertise.
Optimize media buying strategies across platforms, driving efficiency and scalability.
Serve as the escalation point for media-related challenges, troubleshooting issues with the team.
Stay current on industry trends and platform updates to keep strategies competitive.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new media talent, ensuring proper training and readiness.
Contribute to internal process improvements for better workflows and collaboration.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
5-7 years of media experience (3+ years of Amazon Advertising experience & 2+ year of DSP media experience)
Proficient in Excel & SQL
Certified in all Amazon Ads
Certified in Amazon AMC
Certified in Amazon DSP
Digital marketing buying experience on Google, Meta, or other platforms is a plus
At least 2 years of people management experience
Understanding of advertising attribution and brand building
Knowledge of LTV and Amazon P&L
Experience presenting to senior-level clients and setting expectations
Experience managing a monthly ad budget of $1M or more
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Engineer (JIRA) to manage and optimize Atlassian tools in a dynamic, large-scale organizational environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with users to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Atlassian Administration:
Administer and configure Jira and Confluence platforms, including workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, and custom fields.
Customize Jira workflows by creating and managing conditions, validators, post-functions, and screens.
Oversee access management using permission schemes, groups, and roles to ensure secure and efficient platform usage.
Automation and Maintenance:
Develop and implement Jira automation rules to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Perform routine platform maintenance, updates, and backups, ensuring high availability and performance of Atlassian products.
Evaluate and integrate new Atlassian apps and plugins to optimize system capabilities.
User Support and Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and recommend tailored solutions to address their needs.
Manage and maintain Jira projects, test plans, templates, workflows, and permissions.
Provide training and guidance to users on Jira and Confluence best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Analyze data from Jira and Confluence to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3+ years of combined experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on Jira and Confluence administration.
In-depth knowledge of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screen schemes.
Proven ability to customize Jira by adding custom fields, defining field configurations, and building custom workflows and screens.
Experience with Jira automation, subscription management, and notification schemes.
Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
Ability to perform routine platform maintenance and ensure compliance with best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow platforms.
Experience in assessing and implementing third-party integrations within the Atlassian ecosystem.
