THE POSITION
The Vice Principal is a master teacher and mentor who is passionate about teaching, learning, school culture, and student wellness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Instructional Leadership
Ensure the highest of expectations for student learning and achievement in every classroom, every day.
Implement effective internal and external assessment systems and use data to inform decisions.
Ensure strong consistency within the school program and curricular alignment with state and other rigorous standards.
Work with Special Education Team to ensure 504 accommodations, IEP modifications, and counseling needs are met.
Select, share, and model effective curricular and instructional practices.
School and Community Leadership
Develop and implement structures that ensure a safe, rigorous, and joyful school culture in collaboration with other members of administrative staff such as deans, campus monitors, and/or coordinators.
Work with staff to foster consistency in enforcing the Student and Family Handbook and other school-wide discipline and student culture policies.
Maintain communication and relations with the families of the school, ensuring they are able to be partners in their children's academic and behavioral success.
Communicate regularly with families regarding student performance and academic achievement.
Work with staff to correspond regularly with families regarding school policies, trips, events, and milestones.
Work with staff to plan, coordinate, and support family meetings and special events.
Respond to family concerns promptly and effectively.
Staff Culture
Support the Principal with attracting, hiring, and developing all school staff members to create a high-functioning team focused on student success.
Support the maintenance of a positive and supportive staff culture based on trust, risk-taking, respect, reflective learning, and collaboration.
Clearly articulate the school's and network's goals and programs, as well as Envision's mission and vision, to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the retention of successful staff members.
Administrative and Operational Oversight
Support the Principal with setting and maintaining a balanced budget, managing state and local compliance, and ensuring a safe and smooth functioning school environment.
Supervise school facilities and ensure excellent facility management.
Support and sometimes supervise school enrollment efforts to ensure a fully enrolled school with a waiting list.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor's Degree and at least five years of teaching experience. (MA preferred)
Required: Current cleared California teaching credential or comparable. (Administrative Services credential preferred)
5+ years successful school leadership experience and training with a track record of positive results.

We are looking for an independent and highly motivated laboratory-focused PhD scientist to contribute to research efforts aimed at understanding target biology and the mechanism of action of novel small molecule inhibitors for cancer treatment. This scientist will play a key role in designing and executing cell-based assays to address critical scientific questions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cancer biology and thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment focused on discovering and developing new therapeutics. Key Responsibilities:
Independently design and execute experiments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Principal the Learning Specialist will lead students in an academic vision of success that focuses on each student's IEP goals, Envision's graduate profile, and college/career readiness.
Lead case management of students with IEP's.
Train and provide direction and guidance to assigned Instructional Assistants.

Assists Learning Specialist with communication related to implementing intervention strategies, IEP services or compliance
Learns and utilizes basic methods and procedures in instructional settings
Understands and communicates the mission, goals, standards, policies procedures, confidentiality standards, operating instructions, values of Envision Schools and the Special Education program
Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Associates degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Reporting to the school Principal, the School Psychologist will lead students in an academic vision of success that focuses on Envision's graduate profile rooted in ethnic studies, content specific standards, and college/career readiness. The School Psychologist is an integral part of the school site team. Our small school environment and caseload offers psychologists the ability to form relationships with students and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conducts individual and group evaluations
* Provides guidance and assistance to students with learning, behavior and/or adjustment problems
* Provides support in developing appropriate individual and/or group programs of instruction and treatment of learning disabilities, including performing FBA's and developing BIP's
* Assists in systematically re-assessing children with special educational needs as appropriate
* Provides in-service training in learning, child development and child management to parents, teachers, administrators and other professionals and paraprofessionals in assigned schools
* Provides consultation and advisement to administrators, teachers, and parents regarding the general and special educational programs, as appropriate
* Coordinates, communicates with and seeks consultation with community agencies, as appropriate
* Coordinate services with mental health counselors and supervise interns
* Provide individualized services in a full-inclusion model
QUALIFICATIONS
* Required: Master's Degree or higher in related field
* Required: PPS credential in School Psychology (or ability to transfer out-of-state credential)
* Preferred: 3+ years of successful school psychology and special education experience
* Experience working successfully with parents and families, especially African American, Latine/a/o/x, and immigrant families
* Spanish fluency preferred
* Receptiveness to feedback and desire to continuously improve to meet outcomes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range for this role is $78,238 - $133,614 and is dependent upon years of aligned experience and credentials.
In addition to the salary range above, this opportunity may include a $15,000 signing bonus, an annual $5,000 School Psychologist supplement, an annual $3,500 MA supplement, an annual $2,000 Doctorate supplement, and for SF employees a $5,000 CAL supplement.

Reporting to the Principal the Learning Specialist will lead students in an academic vision of success that focuses on each student's IEP goals, Envision's graduate profile, and college/career readiness.
Lead case management of students with IEP's.
Train and provide direction and guidance to assigned Instructional Assistants.
Coordinate service providers and create schedules of service minutes that meet each students' IEP requirements.
Collaborate with School Psychologist and Associate Director Special Education to conduct assessments, prepare IEP reports, and ensure procedural rights.
Create and modify lesson, unit, and instruction plans.
Implement accommodations, and modifications to ensure students' learning success in general education classrooms.
Regularly analyze student data and devise strategies to improve instruction
Build strong relationships with families
Lead IEP teams, and facilitate IEP meetings.
