THE ROLE
The primary responsibility of a Busser is to reset tables quickly and professionally as guests leave the restaurant while also ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant and its perimeters. Additionally, Bussers will refill and clear table, and may also be expected to clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintain orderly work areas as needed.

The OR Surgical Tech demonstrates basic intraoperative scrub responsibilities - Prepares surgical team. Assists in basic draping. Positions OR equipment & supplies. Prepares & operates room equipment. Creates sterile area using aseptic technique. Prepares supplies, recognizes and corrects when sterility is compromised. Demonstrates proper handling of surgical specimens. Performs counts per policy and procedures. Follows National Patient Safety Goal guidelines.
Demonstrates basic case preparation - Selects equipment & supplies by use of preference cards. Locates basic equipment & supplies. Identifies & demonstrates methods of surgical reprocessing of instrumentation & supplies. Prepares self for the scrub role. Prepares surgical instrument supplies for surgery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure & Network Management
Technology Infrastructure: Oversee daily operations of computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Network Connectivity & Security: Manage and optimize wired and wireless networks, firewalls, switches, and wireless components. Perform device management and installation with knowledge of networking and cybersecurity best practices.
Systems & Technical Operations
System Administration: Administer user accounts and permissions across various platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Jamf). Handle installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance of mac OS, ChromeOS, and Windows.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with servers, workstations, and peripherals. Manage software deployment, licensing, and updates.
Asset Management: Develop and maintain detailed inventory, documentation, and protocols for all technological assets, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
User Support & Service
Help Desk Support: Provide first-level technical assistance to staff and students with patience, empathy, and a helpful attitude. Utilize our service request system for issue tracking and escalation, focusing on minimizing downtime and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Collaborative Problem-Solving: Move work forward collaboratively across multiple teams, serving as a reliable backup for the IT team and promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Continuous Learning: Rapidly learn and apply new technologies as the IT landscape evolves, maintaining attention to detail in configuration changes, security management, and troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the job's responsibilities, the employee is required to:

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
This role requires flexibility to travel between all Envision sites in San Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward, with primary locations in Oakland and San Francisco.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required for frequent inter-site travel, which may involve transporting equipment.
Personal vehicle mileage is reimbursable for work-related travel between school sites.
Regular commuting is not reimbursable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range for this role will be prorated based on an annual salary of between $66,000-$76,000 dependent upon years of aligned experience and credentials.

Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
