**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Clean and maintain work areas, tools and molds in order to maximize equipment downtime through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S. - Fabrication, processing and assembling of various products according to MCI's (manufacturing control instruction), blueprint tolerances and specifications.
- Use standard mechanical tools accurately and occasionally lift light to moderate weights.

Job Requirements:
B.A./B.S. in Finance/Accounting, IT, Business, or related experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global environments, including 5+ years delivering enterprise solutions.
Proven experience managing enterprise apps (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Concur, Workday, Ariba, Coupa, Lawson, MS-Dynamics, etc.).
Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management tools and IT service management frameworks.
