    The Supply Chain Specialist will coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory management, and repairs of OCTG items needed by the Division. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of responsibility: Coordinate with engineering and field personnel to ensure operational needs are understood and supported. Work with Supply Chain headquarters team members to forecast future OCTG needs. Solicit quotes from vendors, generate bid summaries, and produce recommendations on procurement to review with relevant stakeholders. Generate and distribute purchase orders for OCTG items and related services. Manage outstanding orders to ensure deliveries are met. Coordinate logistics between vendor sites, field locations, and storage facilities. Process and review invoices to ensure timely payment to vendors. Participate in managing inspections, divestments, and warranty claims on materials. Process material transfers and develop and maintain a deep understanding of materials accounting. Perform well reconciliations and work with operational and accounting personnel to ensure AFEs are properly charged in a timely manner. Help support research and replies to internal and external audit requests. Take an active role in managing inventory stock levels, performing physical inventory counts, and the associated reconciliations. This role will require an in-depth understanding of the Division's operational areas; and include the need for ongoing communication with all areas of operations to ensure that the daily material and equipment needs are met on a timely basis. The Supply Chain Specialist will need to perform the above duties with little supervision or oversight. High School diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience within the Oil and Gas, steel, or pipe industry is preferred. Prior experience with procurement and logistics is beneficial but not required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to multi-task and reprioritize workload in a dynamic working environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. This position will involve travel to field locations and vendor facilities.     Acts as a liaison between leadership and team to ensure everyone is on the same page with a smooth flow of information, assists in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation ensuring leadership has the necessary tools to make informed decisions that support team and company goals, supports company culture, and stays flexible by adjusting to shifting priorities or unexpected changes, making sure the team stays productive and aligned with company goals even in dynamic environments. * Confirm accuracy of well, cost, and production data, take appropriate action on any changes, and communicate required corrections to the necessary parties * Assist in preparation for submission of presentations * Build reports with various data sources as requested by division * Collect, build reports and/or visuals, and analyze data * Understand data sources, work flow, and functionality of internal apps to provide support for others in the division * Initiates and develops more accurate and reliable data analyses and reporting methodologies * Liaise with internal teams (Headquarters, IR, Operations, Engineering, Accounting, IS) * Responsible for crafting internal communication to convey a clear and concise message * Provides initial direction and continual communication to the division on objectives, expectations and timelines relating to projects, conferences, and presentations * Plan Summer Family Event, Holiday Party, and other activities that promote team building and morale boosts * Assist in Wellness Ambassador Activities such as Health Fair, Mental Health Day, etc. * Coordinate volunteer opportunities for the division * Evaluate and track charitable giving opportunities * Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments * Design and order apparel and other handouts * Proficient in well data software and data analysis tools (WellView, Aries, Spotfire, Power BI) * Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook * Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environment * Desire to improve and streamline processes and data quality department and organization * Basic understanding of oil and gas terminology and industry standards * Strong organization and time management, communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, confidentiality and discretion, adaptability, data mining, building meaningful reports, relationship building, and project management Position will be filled a level commensurate with experience.     Provide lease analyst support to Land Department. Process new leases, contracts, drafts, and assignments including file setup, mapping, and computer input. Recording, copying, and transmittal of correspondence to Houston Land Administration (HLA). Monthly review of calendars (obligations, rentals, expirations, elections, etc.) with Landmen. Prepare check requests for assignments, agreements, etc. Prepare various monthly Land Reports. Follow-up on inquiries from HLA and landowners. Assist in preparation of various regulatory applications. Title research and curative as directed by Landmen. Assist in preparation of various documents. 2+ years of oil & gas land experience preferred. Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to handle a heavy workload and meet critical deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn new software. Knowledge of ArcView and Dwights PI is a plus. Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. A high school diploma or GED is required.
