What do you like best about EOS Fitness's CEO and the leadership team?

I dont know the CEO and the leadership team are not leaders. They are bullies.

How would you improve EOS Fitness's culture?

Improve the company culture by advising the CEO to incorporate a quality Assurance team to assess the effectiveness of their leaders...and to see first hand for himself how his leaders are being bullies to the team and are picking and choosing when to manipulate the system when it's beneficial for the leaders or for "EOS".

How did you prepare for the EOS Fitness interview?

I prepared by being credible and transparent and open to the opportunity helping others.
