What we are looking for: The Local Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker is responsible for safely delivering and picking up company products within a local service area while also supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires flexibility, strong safety awareness, and the ability to perform physical work in both driving and warehouse environments. What you will do: Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups Load delivery vehicles for the purpose of ensuring that all items and supplies are properly secured Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment both in the warehouse and in delivery vehicle Drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles with experience driving a 26' auto/manual transmission stake bed (bob tail) truck Responsible for loading and unloading materials (boxes, pallets, foam, etc.) Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Report vehicle issues, delays, or delivery discrepancies promptly Works as part of a production team to assemble packaging parts ensuring a consistent, efficient, quality product with high attention to detail Performs rework, material bonding, labeling actives, boxing, palletizing and inspection of in-process and finished products on a daily basis Follow both written and verbal instructions to accurately gather raw materials, and execute production to produce quality finished goods Follows all safety procedures and works to continuously improve safety throughout the plant and ensures timely and regular safety training goals are met Must be able to use a pallet-jack and hand truck Perform duties in a warehouse setting; assist team members as needed Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements such as chalking trucks, wearing seat belts, apply GOAL (get out and look safety concepts), etc. Performs other duties as assigned What you need to succeed: 1-3 years delivery driving experience Ability to safely operate a box truck (26,000 lbs.
