If you’re a supervisor or director, you can do whatever you want without consequences. However, as a normal employee, there are no pros to working at this company.
Management believes they are able to treat their employees however they deem fit. If the employee tries to rectify the situation with a superior, said employee might as well pack his/her belongings. Financial compensation, or lack thereof. All in all, the company is a joke!
Hands down, PTO
Never met the CEO. The leadership team is only concerned with the company’s interest. They could not care less about their employees.
Fire all directors, HR personnel, and officers of the company currently employed. Proceed to hire the aforementioned positions with better suited candidates.
If you value your mental health and prefer to work for an ethical company, don’t waste your time applying for Epes Logistics.
