Ephrata Community Hospital Inc. was formerly known as Stephan Memorial Hospital. The company was founded in 1937 and is based in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. As of October 1, 2013, Ephrata Community Hospital Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Wellspan Health.

Judgemental, toxic, work environments. Management attempts to gaslight and shut people down for expressing concerns about safety for patients and themselves. They expect too much of staff and don’t attempt to support staff. Some management have stated that they would not return to bedside and that they wouldn’t help take assignments when nurses would have 7-8 patients each.
