Monitor workplace to ensure a safe working environment. Attend and lead morning shop meeting, assist with opening and closing shop, and delegate work to shop employees. Monitor mechanics' daily productivity reports Familiar with the warranty procedures and adhere to the warranty systems established by the company. See that the buildings, grounds and work areas are kept clean and neatly arranged. See that all company tools and equipment are properly maintained. II. Minimum Job Qualifications 18 years of age. 1 year of heavy-duty truck experience of 2 years diesel training. Minimum tool requirements (see below). III. Desired Job Qualifications High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience. Valid Commercial Driver's License and a qualified MVR abstract.
