Highly motivated and qualified individuals wanted to deliver technical knowledge to users in-person and virtually. Functional Trainer responsibilities would also involve assisting, coordinating, and directing a training program in domestic or overseas locations.
The selected individual will provide training in multiple capacities, coordinate necessary resources in advance of scheduled training support, participate in designing and conducting user surveys, coordinate with internal offices, serve on ad hoc teams to develop analytic data and work flow models, conduct system and data analysis to answer project related questions, develop systems documentation, plan training support services and develop training curriculums.
