What You'll Be Doing As a PCR Technologist in our high-tech molecular lab, you'll play a vital role in detecting respiratory pathogens and urinary tract infections using cutting-edge platforms like Thermo Fisher QuantStudio and BD Max. Your daily mission will include: Accessioning and handling specimens with precision and care. Extracting DNA/RNA like a pro (and making it look easy). Running and interpreting PCR tests with pinpoint accuracy. Following SOPs like they're second nature (because they are). Supporting quality control and inventory tracking to keep everything running smoothly. Collaborating with the Lab Supervisor and team to ensure the lab is always one step ahead. Keeping records tidy, temperature logs up to date, and compliance locked in. What You'll Need to Bring Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related field. (Transcripts are REQUIRED.) Required at least 1 year of clinical biological lab experience (molecular PCR is a big plus). Fluency in nucleic acid technology, pipetting, and sample preparation. Comfort working with PCR platforms and extraction techniques. A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy, compliance, and innovation. Excellent communication skills-and a knack for collaboration. Computer literacy and the ability to juggle multiple tools and tasks without breaking a sweat. Bonus Points If You...
