Coordinates services provided by Home Service Assistants to meet client's personalized needs
Performs services to meet client's personalized needs
Supports Home Service Assistants to maintain program policies and procedures
Provides administrative support, including (but not limited to):
Scheduling and coordinating home services with clients and associates (including after normal business hours)
Answering phone calls, including emergency (including after normal business hours)
Perform data entry into software systems
Performing monthly billing, completing and submitting insurance paperwork
Generating necessary reports
Ordering and maintaining supplies
Filling medical data and other pertinent information
Maintaining records for Home Services
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous leadership experience
Previous experience in Home Services position, or equivalent
Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and data entry
Must possess a customer service background and orientation
Valid Ohio driver's license required

Position Summary:
The Virtual Therapist assesses and facilitates the care for assigned patients and participates in the treatment and continuing care planning. This is a fully remote position conducting therapy appointments with company provided equipment working from the office or in the home. Is responsible for case management for all assigned patients. Conducts individual, family, specialized and group psychotherapy and shares clinical information gained with the treatment team, and with other involved entities as appropriate. Promotes implementation of therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule. Provides patient care in a supportive and empathetic manner. Provide on-call coverage as requested.
Primary Responsibilities
Virtually meet with assigned patients to introduce self, orient the patient to the therapist role and explain treatment goals and/or expectations.
Initiate contact with family members and outpatient providers, to develop and implement care plan and coordinate discharge planning.
Document all activities related to assessment, treatment and discharge planning.
Provide individual, group and family psychotherapy for assigned patients per program schedule.
Document therapy sessions in the medical record per program requirements.
Facilitate specialized interventions when needed.
Provide specialized therapy services to assigned patients including but not limited to, Family, Art, EMDR, and SE.
Qualifications
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

Master's Degree in behavioral health or a related area.
Independent state licensed (no associate licenses accepted) to function within confines of responsibility is required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites as well as virtual meetings i.e., Zoom, GoTo Meetings, Teams Meetings, etc.
