Initially it was good but the last 2 years have been undesirable to say the least. HR sucks
You have to contact them for your merit increases. Then they don’t follow up timely so it’s delayed even further. Insurance cost is expensive and don’t cover anything.
Receiving a check
He reach out to me once but then he never followed up! It musts be their culture.
Better benefits, contact employees prior to anniversary dates to ensure increases are made on time and stop being fake!
