Job Purpose

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Pay Rates
???? Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse (RN): $32 - $40 per hour; PRN RNs are paid their base hourly RN rate, plus a $5.00 per hour PRN premium. The premium is applied only to PRN shifts.
???? Charge Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $26 - $32 per hour; PRN LPN's are paid their base hourly LPN rate, plus a $5.00 per hour PRN premium. The premium is applied only to PRN shifts.
???? Certified Medication Aide (CMA): $17 - $20 per hour; PRN CMA's are paid their base hourly CMA rate, plus a $3.00 per hour PRN premium. The premium is applied only to PRN shifts.

Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting and seating residents with warmth and care
Presenting menus, answering questions, and making recommendations
Taking and delivering meal orders promptly and accurately
Operating our Point of Service (POS) system
Maintaining clean tables, dishes, and dining areas
Assisting with catering events and other team duties

Perform all duties associated with staff Respiratory Therapist
What you will do
Clinical and general supervision of respiratory therapy and BG Lab operations
Serves as the key liaison for the respiratory therapy department when manager is not present
Performs quality audits/data collection as assigned via different methods such as chart reviews, staff interviews
Participates in the hiring, orientation, and training of the department staff
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree
Current State of MA Respiratory Therapist License
Hospital experience preferred
NBRC certification as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) is required. Current BLS and NRP (or obtained within 90 days of hire date); ACLS recommended
Position Highlights and Benefits
32hr, four 8hr shifts per week 7-3 (full time).

Pay Range: $30-48/hr
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education, including CRT vs. RRT. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
