Goleman, Salovey, and other leaders in the field met to share best practices and current research at the 5th annual NexusEQ Conference, in Holland in 2005.
Later, through his another landmark book ‘Social Intelligence – The New Science of Human Relationships’ published in 2006, Daniel Goleman led yet another important development in the history of emotional intelligence.
At Google, thousands of employees are waitlisted for the company’s EQ program, Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, which drew 1,500 participants in 2015 and endorsements from the Dalai Lama and President Jimmy Carter.
