Melanie Nallicheri is a healthcare and life sciences executive with nearly three decades of experience. Melanie served as Chief Business Officer and Head, Biopharma for Foundation Medicine; Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, McKesson Distribution Solutions and McKesson Data & Analytics; and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Geron Corporation. She holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School, and an M.S. in business and economics from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Corporate Management.

Vincent A Miller is a Managing Director at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, MD at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Senior VP:Clinical Development at Foundation Medicine Inc. and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has experience at Weill Cornell Medicine and has worked as Chief Medical Officer at Foundation Medicine Inc.. Vincent works or has worked as MEMBER at American Association for Cancer Research, FELLOW at American College of Physicians, and MEMBER at Weill Cornell Medicine. He attended University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and University of Pennsylvania between 1979 and 1983.

Dr. Carlos Garcia-Echeverria is an accomplished drug discovery scientist and executive, focused on bringing new therapies to patients in need.

Carlos has provided scientific leadership to drug discovery and early clinical development teams across different modalities and diseases most recently at Sanofi as Chief Operating Officer of Research and at Novartis as Executive Director, Oncology Drug Discovery Head. Carlos has also broad experience in managing research partnerships. His research accomplishments are documented by 190 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters and review papers, and 45 granted patents.

Carlos holds a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Barcelona and received the Leonidas Zerwas Award from the European Peptide Society in recognition of his outstanding contributions to peptide science. Carlos is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of several biotech companies.

Dr. Christian Antoni has spent more than two decades committed to driving innovation in drug development for patients. Over the course of his career, he has led drug development functions at LEO Pharma, Sanofi, Novartis, and Schering Plough, with a focus on immunology and inflammatory disease.

Prior to joining industry, he established and led the clinical trial unit at Friedrich-Alexander University and was the lead investigator on all rheumatology development programs, including the first IIS trial that led to the psoriatic arthritis indication for the first TNF-alpha inhibitor, Remicade® (infliximab).

Christian completed his medical training and residency in internal medicine and rheumatology at Friedrich Alexander University, Germany, and is a member of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the German Society of Rheumatology (DGRh).

Daniel Hoey is an industry leader in pharmaceutical product development, manufacturing operations and supply chain management with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining EQRx, Dan led global supply chain operations at Teva, where he drove the transformation of one of the industry’s largest and most complex global pharmaceutical supply chains focused on patient-centric healthcare solutions.

Previously, Dan held senior leadership roles at Teva API and Biologics, as well as Merck, where he spent 27 years in technical operations, commercialization, strategy development and contract manufacturing. Dan is certified in application of lean manufacturing and six-sigma process improvement in pharmaceutical operations.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Eric Hedrick, MD, is a medical oncologist who has spent more than 20 years bringing forward several first-in-class and best-in class oncology drugs, with a particular focus on hematologic malignancies. Prior to joining EQRx, he was Chief Advisor at BeiGene, Chief Medical Officer at Epizyme and Pharmacyclics, in addition to almost a decade building out late-stage clinical development and post-marketing programs at Genentech.

Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Eric was an attending physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and he served as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine at Boston City Hospital. He earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
