The Warehouse Coordinator I/II responsibilities include but are not limited to: Facilitate the ordering, receiving, verifying and returning of parts to and from material suppliers. Interface with Operations personnel and facilitate the issuance and returns of material. Work within the Maximo Inventory module to account for the issuance, receipt, return, and adjustments of material balances. Handle material handling and moving of physical inventory within and around the warehouse location. Prepare material items for pickup and delivery. With oversight, determine the products, parts and material needed to facilitate the operation of the physical plant. Participate in discussions with procurement to ensure proper material availability. Input relevant data into Maximo to enable the purchasing process. Control parts in the warehouse by completing periodic cycle counts. Verify materials received to facilitate the payment of supplier invoices. Expedite material shipments to/ from suppliers and EQT warehouses to ensure material availability. Work under supervision and rely on instructions and departmental expectations to perform the duties of the job. Required Experience and Skills: 0-2+ years of related experience. High School diploma required. Must be forklift certified, or able to pass certification class upon hire. Basic computer skills and effective application of software programs. Ability to contribute in a team environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adhere to predefined work plans and meet required deadlines. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Must possess attention to detail skills and accuracy. Ability to think analytically and solve basic problems. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred Experience and Skills: Maximo inventory application experience. Prior experience in a warehouse environment. Telehandler certified. Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level. Strong technical, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to work in office and field environments as needed. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to project sites. Program Details: Duration: Summer Internship (typically May-August) Location: Pittsburgh, PA area, with potential field assignments across EQT's midstream operating footprint Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week); 9/80 schedule where applicable Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
