Job Summary
This is a newly created role within the Information Communications Technology team that will enable the right candidate to not only bring their technical experience but also drive operational excellence through innovation, communication, and passion for the role which supports underground infrastructure, conduit builds, and the design of cable trays, fiber cabling and internal network switching as part of data center construction.
In this role, you will be required to collaborate extensively with the Network, Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural fields, with construction projects spanning across our exciting, upcoming Retail, Hyperscale, and Hybrid data center designs. Other responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, vendor management, and real estate evaluation and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
Negotiate fiber routes and right of ways. Working with carriers to being fiber into site
Provides guidance and project leadership, including ground-up construction, remodels, renovations, infrastructure upgrades and replacement, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations
Leads and manages data center information communications technology programs
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, quality, and scope
Directs up to 10 external vendors per project, comprised of low voltage vendors, dark fiber carriers and corresponding hardware/equipment vendors
Supports contract administration procedures, including generation, review, and monitoring of contracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation
Directs internal and external project team members, including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teams as needed
Supports creation and maintenance of best-in-class policies and procedures
Qualifications
Typically has 10+ years of experience in data center digital infrastructure or telecommunications project and construction management
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Telecom Design and Networking will be highly beneficial
Electrical Engineering background is also welcomed
RCDD, DCDC and/or CDCDP certifications preferred
Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred; knowledge of Portuguese is considered an asset and highly desired

Job Summary
The Senior Construction Project Manager is within the Global Design and Construction team (over 200 people) who deliver over 70 projects globally per year (in excess of $2B capex). Directs day to day activities and operations of a team of Construction/Operation Project Managers. Mentors junior team members and makes strong tactical decisions to resolve project issues. Manages Construction project costs, methods, and project team selection to meet project schedules and goals while working in a multi-faceted environment. Responsible in all aspects of data center construction for respective projects from project inception, through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over of an operating facility, that could include ground up construction, fit-outs, remodels, etc. The Project Manager may be responsible for one or more smaller projects or a single, extensive project and will direct all partners, internal (Design, Procurement, Operations, Security and IT/Network) as well as external vendors comprising Contractors, design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc. Responsible for driving a safe, quality first culture, ensuring that all applicable codes, standards, and good construction practices are followed. Strategic Planning & Execution:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive AMERICAS field marketing strategy to drive business growth within Named account enterprise organisations, aligning with company goals and objectives.
* Oversee the creation and execution of marketing events and campaigns targeting named accounts.
Brand Positioning & Awareness:
* Build and maintain a strong brand presence within the Americas market by working with brand teams, leveraging thought leadership, content creation, and advocacy programs.
* Position the company as an industry leader in the Americas through digital and traditional channels, including events, webinars, and conferences.
Demand Generation:
* Develop and oversee programs to generate demand, nurture prospects, and drive sales pipeline growth.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies, improving lead conversion rates and sales cycle efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, Sales leadership, Marketing, and Channel teams
* Ensure that the marketing strategy is designed to support and enhance long-term relationships with named account clients.
Analysis:
* Leverage data and analytics to refine marketing strategies, assess campaign effectiveness, lead management and maintain the scorecard to report on key performance metrics to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, Channel and broader marketing colleagues, to ensure cohesive messaging and approach across all Americas-focused initiatives.
* Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
What makes you an ideal candidate
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on Americas Field Marketing
* 2-3 years leading and developing a Field Marketing team (Team of 5)
* Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategies for large-scale Enterprise projects or organizations.
* Strong background in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and brand development tailored to government clients.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives.
* Strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities.
* Data-driven with proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Demandbase etc.).
* Expertise in managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, paid media, etc.).
