The Role
We're hiring a Growth team member to report directly to the Head of Growth, with responsibility for driving new logo sales and revenue growth. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, with a focus on signing new logos, accelerating deal velocity, and building repeatable sales processes. This is not a traditional sales role; success requires deep curiosity, the ability to educate and advise prospects, and comfort navigating the nuances of healthcare billing and insurance at a scaling startup.
This is a high-impact role for an ambitious operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys scaling go-to-market functions. By helping virtual care companies scale, you'll directly expand patient access to affordable, insurance-covered care nationwide.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle (from lead generation through close) with a focus on new logo acquisition and pipeline health.
Build trusted relationships with executives and operators, advising them on billing models, payer requirements, and Bridge's capabilities.
Partner cross-functionally (Product, RCM, Payor, Ops, Legal, Engineering) to ensure successful deal execution and translate market feedback into strategy and product improvements.
Contribute to building repeatable sales processes that support scale and faster deal velocity.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. You'll help establish data standards, ensure timely and accurate reporting, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and produce data products that drive decision-making. Your work directly supports Kern County's progress toward reaching and sustaining functional zero for chronic homelessness.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate BFZ by-name list meetings, including the Chronically Homeless BNL and Quality Singles BNL.
Support volunteer chairs and co-chairs by attending BFZ committee meetings, BNL calls, and subcommittees related to inflow/outflow.
Report progress and submit data to the Governing Board, Executive Board, BFZ, and other stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact for communications from Community Solutions to the local homeless response system.
Analyze monthly inflow/outflow reports and BFZ metrics to assess performance and recommend system improvements.
Partner with the HMIS lead agency and CoC providers to improve participation and data quality.
Identify data gaps, advocate for resources, and implement solutions to strengthen community data capacity.
Use data to inform equity strategies and ensure access for sub-populations to interim, bridge, and transitional housing.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership, funders, and community partners.
Deliver training, presentations, and technical support on data systems and quality practices.
Contribute to system design improvements, testing new processes with stakeholder feedback.
Assist in prevention efforts to reduce first-time homelessness.
Perform related duties as assigned to support BKRHC's mission.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in computer science, information systems, social services, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience: At least 2 years working with HMIS or similar data systems, with experience in data quality, project management, and compliance practices.
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization; proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and group facilitation.

Junior Yield Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to optimize and maximize monetization across our publisher partners. As a key member of our Yield team, you will monitor, analyze, and enhance yield performance using complex data sets, producing actionable insights and strategies. We are looking for a curious and proactive Yield Data Analyst who enjoys deep-diving into analysis and technical investigations, and producing creative ideas in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets to maximize publisher yield.
Extract and analyze bidstream and auction data to surface trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Provide recommended changes to enhance bidding dynamics and yield outcomes.
Develop and maintain analytic monitoring and alerting systems for yield management, ensuring rapid identification and diagnosis of revenue-affecting issues and performance drops.
Produce data-driven summaries and actionable insights for internal teams and executives, ensuring technical accuracy and clear communication for a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support Yield Managers and Publishers in implementing data-driven best practices and monetization strategies.
Monitor macro and micro trends, providing proactive alerting on network or site-level issues and tracking key KPIs (ie fill rate, eCPM, revenue, latency, viewability).
Investigate and respond to technical or operational issues to maximize yield without compromising user experience, site speed, or ad quality.
Build and maintain AB testing frameworks, reporting, and result interpretation.
Perform root cause analysis for data or ad-serving problems; provide technical QA for new publisher onboarding, AB tests, product launches, and engineering initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert for Freestar data capabilities. Support data integrity projects.
Project manage yield and data initiatives from planning through successful implementation, ensuring clarity, accountability, and effective communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Business Development, and Demand.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging yield opportunities; recommend and pilot innovative monetization solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
2-4 years of experience in ad tech; preferably at a digital publisher or ad management company. Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
Deep familiarity with header bidding, Prebid, SSPs, DSPs, ad serving, Google Ad Manager, and major ad tech platforms.
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with working with large complex data sets.
Experience in SQL and willingness to adopt new data tools as needed.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and presentation tools to tell compelling stories with data.
Adept at deriving analytic insights, and presenting findings to external and internal stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex yield strategies and analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated; possesses intellectual curiosity and the drive to independently explore and solve problems.
Able to work independently as well as part of a broader team.
Experience with AB testing a plus.
Experience with LLMs or machine learning tools for data analysis is a bonus.
