The Role: The Count Room Attendant: will collect, sort, count, verify, and wrap coins, cash, and gaming chips. Maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities: * Adhere to all sign in/out policies and procedures * Log onto BPS high speed currency counter * Remove cashier bag/bank from cart, verify change, verify checks, run tape, Once the monies are processed via the BPS1000 will verify totals on Cashier Reconciliation Sheet * Prepare VLT and Table Game drops for count taking precautions to ensure that drop boxes are empty. This newly created position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash reporting across more than 300 bank accounts. Contract Term: * 8- 12 Months The Role: This key role within Bally's Corporation is focused on the Company's financial close/consolidation process, financial reporting and intercompany accounting. This role will support the Corporate Accounting and Consolidation team for all business segments (US and International). * Develop and own the Company's multi-currency consolidation process * Liaise with reporting entities to ensure a timely and accurate close * Supervise staff to ensure timely and accurate posting of all eliminations and necessary consolidation adjustments * Oversee and execute on global intercompany processing, driving process improvements and adoption of policies * Preparation, review, triage of consolidation schedules as required * Develop and implement best practice processes and systems across the group * Lead role in system improvement initiatives * Supporting the wider team's delivery requirements including ad hoc project work required * Research unique or complex transactions contemplated and/or entered into by the Company to determine appropriate accounting treatment. * Serve as the main contact for the annual external audit and quarterly reviews through communication with external auditors and preparation of analysis and documentation. Responsibilities: * Strategy & Innovation: * Support the Senior Finance Leaders and Finance Functions on standardizing and improving the Consolidation/Reporting and Governance environment * Manage ad hoc projects as required * Operations & Results: * Provide full financial and analytical support to the Senior Finance Leaders and Finance Functions with respect to Consolidation. * Evaluate accounting treatment of complex/non-routine transactions * Customers & Relationships: * Establish and maintain good working relationships with Business Partners as well as Senior Finance Leaders and Finance Functions. * Manage the Consolidation & Reporting stream and ensure that deliverables are succinct, accurate, and timely. * Work with the Finance, Operations and Commercial Teams to understand all the different drivers and variances in the sub-consolidation process. * Serve as a key contact for external auditors as well as executive leadership on the accounting for complex and non-routine transactions Competencies: * The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with ability to work flexibly in an ever-changing work environment * Proven track record of identifying and remediating problems and solving issues. * Knowledge of Oracle ERP/EPM required, as well as ability to use reporting tools such as Power BI. * Proven results in raising and maintaining high performance in teams. * Strong written and verbal English language skills essential. The Role: Financial Analyst to provide day-to-day support of the Corporate FP&A functions including but not limited to group consolidations, corporate segment, overhead expense analysis, general reporting & analysis, systems support, budget & forecast support, and ad hoc analysis as required. Responsibilities: * Key player in the consolidation of group reports and associated KPIs on a monthly basis. * Lead the consolidation of the corporate segment reports on a monthly basis including expense tracking and departmental presentations. * Analyze account level variances and trends while providing insights and corrections. * Help create and maintain segment budgets and subsequent forecasts while leading the corporate segment process. * Maintain standard reporting sets and assist in maintaining reporting associated with the EPM. * Consolidation of the daily operating report (DOR) summary for casinos on a weekly basis with insights and commentary to the executive team. * Act as additional project support for validation, report creation, and visualizations for both the Oracle EPM and related reporting systems. * Assist in the maintenance and creation of driver based financial metrics, models, and forecasting in and outside of the current financial systems. * Assist in the maintenance and creation of various FTE analysis and reporting. * Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. * 2+ years of financial reporting experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. * Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools. * Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments and levels within the organization. * Oracle ERP, EPM, Hyperion Planning, or other related financial tool a plus.
