Notify the Housekeeping Manager when any rooms or equipment need immediate attention

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred

Internship Program
The Equinox Personal Training Internship offers students a unique opportunity to learn and work alongside fitness industry experts in our cutting-edge facilities. This program bridges academic knowledge with real-world experience, helping students develop essential skills for a career in personal training. While the internship is hosted by Equinox, the training provides broad applicability to related businesses. Internship duration is flexible to suit academic needs, with mandatory paperwork due before commencement.
Throughout the internship program, interns will be required to complete a variety of large and small projects that will encourage them to fully immerse themself into the business that will also mimic curriculum that a student will see in their undergraduate education. The following are examples of potential smaller projects:
Study one injury per week, documenting causes, signs and symptoms, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention
Become familiar with all possible specialties and/or certifications that the intern is potentially interested in studying/receiving in the future
Design programs based on two selected trainers who are specific in their PT goals, any notable injuries, athletic history, etc. (can be hypothetical)

Overview:
The Assistant Personal Training Manager is a special assignment opportunity who is a leader of operational excellence at the club level for the PT Department, reporting to the Personal Training Manager. He/she/they support team culture to drive the business. Assistant Personal Training Managers should be goal oriented, results driven, eager to interact with members, and excited to develop and manage a team of high performing talent.
The Assistant Personal Training role is a three-to-six-month special assignment, which will be evaluated regularly during the course of an organizational pilot. At the concision of the pilot, the Assistant Personal Training Manager will engage in, and provide feedback on pilot effectiveness and review the continuation of the special assignment, in which the Assistant Personal Training Manger would be placed into a comparable role within the Personal Training Dept.
Business Leadership:
Pipeline management including daily cleanup and phone calls
Perform daily session audits on both complimentary and paid services and provide timely and constructive feedback
Support relationships with Operations and Sales leveraging Chalk Talk as a guide
Ability to forge meaningful relationships with key club leaders and identify partnership opportunities to support and key PT initiatives
Assist with business performance by supporting the monthly action plan
Hold the team accountable for branded, quality member interactions i.e. Fitness Specialist Hours, Special Events etc.
Collaborate with Personal Training Manager to craft and execute a meaningful monthly trainers' forum (meeting)
Champion Personal Training service standards by engaging in Club Membership to seek feedback and identify areas of opportunity to course correct or establish best practices on delivering a category of one member experience
Operational Management:
Maintain PT presentation standards including Bio Boards, Nametags and Uniforms
Support team payroll and ensure time & attendance compliance
Performance Management (Formally and informally) of Coaches
Equifit administration and communications
Support new Coach onboarding, administration and logistics
Demonstrate a sharpening business acumen, identifying trends and insights to increase profitability
Support all operational SOPs including administrative duties associated with client outreach and staff accountabilities
Achieve and maintain team headcount target through active management of the interview process
Supporter of Team Culture:
Ongoing Coach development that would support the personal training development meeting
Acts as the Manager on Duty when Personal Training Manager is not in club
Mentor and develop ramping Coaches
Support and foster team commitment to ongoing education opportunities to ensure high standards and delivery of quality programming
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Current national certification, CPR/AED, First Aid. Exercise Science or Sports Management Degree preferred.
Proven ability to drive revenue, including sales skills with specific focus of attracting new clients and retention.
Desire to grow into a future PT leader, with an interest and passion for developing the PT business
Proven ability to hire and develop staff through creating accountability and purpose driven goals
Collaborative leadership and strong desire to interact with members, clients and staff.
Leadership experience in an educational, fitness or management setting (one year minimum preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Retail Shop Managers-on-Duty to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art locations in Tysons Corner. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
The MOD helps direct and motivate the sales team in one Equinox Shop, ensuring the highest level of customer service, a total customer experience, and operational excellence. The MOD takes direction from the Regional, District or Area Shop Manager and the Assistant Manager on business strategy and action plans to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
SALES & SERVICE:
Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)
Coaches and develops Shop Associates in selling tactics, tools and understanding key business metrics
Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equino
Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:
Understands and upholds all loss prevention and inventory management policies on a consistent basis, and ensures total team adherence to these same policies
Ensures both personal and team comprehension of all communication and training materials, and timely/accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks
Assists Regional, District and/or Area Shop Manager with hiring, training, coaching and development of Shop staff
Assists Regional, District and/or Area Shop Manager with scheduling and shift coverage
PRODUCT & PRESENTATION:
Ensures that both The Shop and the Shop staff is reflective of the company brand standards; i.e., through proper execution of merchandising and marketing direction, and through adherence to The Shop dress code
Enforces and maintains excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms
PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION:
Builds effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors and clients
