Materials used to construct the form may include wood, rubber, steel, plastics and/or Styrofoam. + As required by production (based on QA checks or problems), repairs forms using hand tools, power tools, and necessary materials typically used in form construction. + Reviews blueprints/sketches of shape specifications. Compares assembled forms and finished shape measurements to blueprints to evaluate quality. + Uses lifting equipment to move shapes and forms as needed. Essential Skills * At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. * Understanding of biotech and drug substance manufacturing processes, preferably in solution preparation. * Basic knowledge of GMP standards. * Proficiency in using laptops and tablets, including iPads. * High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with electronic batch records, DeltaV, or LIMS is advantageous but not required. * Experience in packaging, warehousing, and assembly is a plus.
