Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the operational status of an advanced spacecraft fleet. Troubleshoot and resolve anomalies within spacecraft systems and subsystems. Assist in pre-launch testing, mission planning, and in-orbit operations of new satellites. Complete a structured mission operations training program. Provide on-call support as needed. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. 1+ years of experience in spacecraft operations or a related discipline. The Equipment Operator II Lead operates a combination of any of the following equipment relating to the processing, compacting, and loading of refuse in the Transfer Station: Wheel Loader, Track Dozer, Skid Steer, and Excavator ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Will operate a combination of any of the following equipment: Wheel Loader to push, stack, move or load material Track Dozer to push and compact material Skid Steer to remove recoverable items and load into Boxes Excavator to feed a Conveyor/Shaker May support Material Recovery Facility with the combination of the following equipment: Forklift for movement of recycled materials Sort line panel controls (may provide guidance to sorters) Baler to prepare material for shipment Will inspect equipment daily and report unsafe conditions Will stop operation of any malfunctioning equipment Will follow safe work practices and adhere to safety rules. The Independent Operator Role The Independent Operator (IO) is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where individuals take ownership of their Grocery Outlet store. This is a unique business opportunity, not a franchise, giving operators the autonomy to run their business while benefiting from the support and resources of an established retail brand. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee daily store functions, including inventory management, compliance, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and growth. Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Buying & Merchandising: leveraging Grocery Outlet's unique buying model. Order the variety and quantity of products to meet the unique preferences of your local community. Community Engagement: Support local organizations and causes you are passionate about, aligning with our mission of "Touching lives for the better” Financial & Business Acumen: Manage financial performance, including sales, margins, expenses, and overall profitability. Customer Experience: Create an inviting shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
