Roles & Responsibilities
* Daily Equipment Inspection
* Any safety or mechanical issues to be reported to supervisor immediately.
* Equipment inspection log to be turned in daily.
* Do not run equipment without performing the inspection.

* Equipment is to be fueled at the end of each shift.
* Operation of equipment
* Equipment is to be operated in a safe and efficient manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK - HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR:
* Three (3) years of experience in construction, maintenance, and related equipment OR one (1) year of experience as a Pinal County Operator (Trainee).

Preferred Qualifications:

Special Requirements:
Rehires of less than one year of separation from the Heavy Equipment Operator Trainee position will automatically be placed into the Heavy Equipment Operator Trainee classification until the 1 year requirement has been met.

Arrowmark LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Must be able to drive and operate equipment such as Excavators, Finish Blades, Scrapers, Gannon Tractors, Front-End Loader and Skid Steers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive and operate equipment as assigned.
Responsible for conducting a daily inspection of machine being operated.
Responsible for the operation of the heavy equipment in accordance with the company's safety procedures.
Responsible for locating various utilities and other obstructions on-site that could hamper the smooth operation.
Value and respect a teamwork environment.
Qualifications:
Must be able to understand and follow instruction from the supervisor.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short notes and memos.
