Associates with the title of Power Equipment Operator must demonstrate proficiency and meet all productivity and quality requirements of the following duties and responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate battery-operated and/or gas-powered equipment, (other than motorized pallet jacks), for the purpose of transporting product to and from inventory storage locations within the facility. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, Forklifts, Stock pickers, Wave Work-Assist vehicles, Sit-Down and Stand-Up Counterbalanced trucks, Reach trucks, etc.
Must follow all power equipment rules and regulations, including any regulatory agency policies, to include OSHA.
Must use all personal protective safety equipment, including lanyards and harnesses to be worn at all times when operation order/stock pickers.
Must follow all facility safety rules and regulations at all times.
Demonstrate the ability to perform all scanner functions necessary for the position, including cycle-counts, replenishment, item inquiry, inventory put away, etc.
Ensure all product is stacked neatly and safely when moved via power equipment and when stored in rack or staging locations
Maintain accuracy of all inventory movement at all times.
Inspect and perform or assist in equipment maintenance as required; report any unsafe conditions to management.
Responsible for the careful handling of all merchandise, avoiding damage, bending or tearing.
Participate in Physical Inventory and Customer Appreciation Warehouse Sale events.
Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed.
When necessary, assist in the processing of returned book fairs, by unpacking metal cases, boxes, and displays with book and non-book product, according to corporate process and procedure and meeting productivity and quality standards.
When necessary, assist in the picking and packing of customer reorders
Ensure that your work area is neat, clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Individually, and in partnership with other co-workers, perform seasonal inventory production-line resets.
When applicable, assist in the loading and unloading of trucks. The loading and unloading of trucks may or may not require the assistance of mechanical devices.
Ensure that all warehouse equipment and tools are properly utilized to increase productivity, efficiency, and safety; report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or injury (to self or co-worker) to your supervisor or manager immediately.
Utilize proper techniques for lifting, packing, and handling heavy objects.
Accurately and timely complete Labor Data Collection Cards to according to company standards.
Maintain attendance and punctuality as required by assigned work schedule and within company standards.
Maintain a courteous and positive relationship with all co-workers and customers.
Drug and alcohol free policy compliance.
Any and all additional duties as assigned.

Assisting with Mobilization and Demobilization of our construction sites is required.
Position will include assisting with miscellaneous laborer or other duties as needed.
Follow instruction and direction from the site supervisors.

Qualifications for The Excavator Operator:
Must have at least 5 years of experience operating an excavator.
Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a long reach excavator.
Must be able to travel out of town.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
MUST be motivated and able to work independently.
On/Off Barge operating experience a plus.
Long Reach excavator experience a plus.
Previous dredging experience a plus.
Dozer experience a plus.
A valid driver's license and it must be maintained throughout employment.

Associates with the title of Power Equipment Operator must demonstrate proficiency and meet all productivity and quality requirements of the following duties and responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate battery-operated and/or gas-powered equipment, (other than motorized pallet jacks), for the purpose of transporting product to and from inventory storage locations within the facility. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, Forklifts, Stock pickers, Wave Work-Assist vehicles, Sit-Down and Stand-Up Counterbalanced trucks, Reach trucks, etc.
Must follow all power equipment rules and regulations, including any regulatory agency policies, to include OSHA.
Must use all personal protective safety equipment, including lanyards and harnesses to be worn at all times when operation order/stock pickers.
Must follow all facility safety rules and regulations at all times.
Demonstrate the ability to perform all scanner functions necessary for the position, including cycle-counts, replenishment, item inquiry, inventory put away, etc.
Ensure all product is stacked neatly and safely when moved via power equipment and when stored in rack or staging locations
Maintain accuracy of all inventory movement at all times.
Inspect and perform or assist in equipment maintenance as required; report any unsafe conditions to management.
Responsible for the careful handling of all merchandise, avoiding damage, bending or tearing.
Participate in Physical Inventory and Customer Appreciation Warehouse Sale events.
Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed.
When necessary, assist in the processing of returned book fairs, by unpacking metal cases, boxes, and displays with book and non-book product, according to corporate process and procedure and meeting productivity and quality standards.
When necessary, assist in the picking and packing of customer reorders
Ensure that your work area is neat, clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Individually, and in partnership with other co-workers, perform seasonal inventory production-line resets.
When applicable, assist in the loading and unloading of trucks. The loading and unloading of trucks may or may not require the assistance of mechanical devices.
Ensure that all warehouse equipment and tools are properly utilized to increase productivity, efficiency, and safety; report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or injury (to self or co-worker) to your supervisor or manager immediately.

**Job Summary**
The Directional Drill Operator/Locator is responsible for safely operating the directional drill to place product underground then locate the drill head to understand elevation changes and make decisions on depths to drill at to avoid hitting underground utilities. This position supports the Line team and works with personnel within the department.
Responsibilities
+ Operate the drill rig efficiently.
+ Prepare job and drill so that the shot can be performed safely.
+ Pothole all utilities that will either be paralleled or crossed during the bore shot.
+ Verify existing utilities.
+ Fill water tanks with water.
+ Combine water with chemicals for boring according to the ground you are drilling in.
+ Locate the drill head from point A to point B without hitting any utilities at the correct depth.
+ Hook up swivel, reamer, and pipe product that will be pulled back to complete the bore shot.
+ Before the bore shot is started, walk out bore shot to ensure all utilities have been located and develop a plan for going above or below each utility or obstacle in the bore path.
+ Pull back the product with the correct hole opener and utilize the correct mud mixture to ensure that the product makes it from point B to point A.
+ Inspect and maintain job equipment, including drill equipment and mixing unit.

JOB DUTIES:
This is a skilled position responsible for statewide road construction, maintenance and improvements on state forests and other publicly owned lands managed by the Florida Forest Service.
Responsible for operating heavy equipment in the construction, improvement and maintenance of forest roads, culverts, bridges, streamside erosion control, road closures and permanent boundary and fire lines. Operates heavy equipment in carrying out various forest management practices. Performs activities and operates equipment necessary to maintain road shoulders and to remove and dispose of roadside vegetation and brush that limits forest sign visibility and vehicle access to recreation area and public right-of-ways.
Responsible for coordination and operation of road tractors to transport heavy equipment, vehicles, federal excess property and construction materials to destinations throughout Florida, as well as, destinations out-of-state.
Responsible for coordinating and performing routine preventive maintenance and minor mechanical repairs to the fleet of road and forest equipment assigned to this unit.
Responsible for assisting, as needed, with the maintenance and upkeep of various state forest recreation areas.
Responsible for monitoring, coordinating and responding to forest visitor inquiries for information. Provides information, brochures and maps relating to forest road conditions, legal access, recreation areas, campgrounds, silvicultural activities, etc. Assists as necessary in installation and maintenance of vehicle and visitor information signs and kiosks.
