Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains equipment/warehouse operations under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams.
Collects feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.
Documents warehouse maintenance activities to ensure replenishment of inventories.
Defines the operational strategy to the warehouse department and instructs equipmentoperators on how to maneuver heavy equipment into loading or unloading position.

About the role
As an EquipmentOperator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld's industrial disposal process.
Position Responsibilities:
Receive and process inbound materials, through the safe operation of various types of industrial equipment, such as: forklift, track hoe, skid steer, vacuum truck, tanker truck, roll-off truck, walking floor trailer, pressure washer, material handling equipment, and various hand tools
Receive, weigh, unpack, and label containers, as necessary
Safely operate industrial equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floor
Follow defined industrial and manufacturing good housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and within assigned work areas
Exterior site maintenance and improvement, as needed, which includes: litter collection, painting, snow removal and ice prevention
Traffic Control for incoming/outgoing traffic
Assist facility mechanic(s) with equipment repairs
Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations
Position Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
A minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Operate backhoes, excavators, dozers, skid steers, bob cats, rollers, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment, in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations
* Ensure proper care of equipment while in use
* Conduct daily safety inspections of all equipment prior to operation and perform regular checks on the functionality of fleet equipment
* Document regular maintenance checks to maintain adequate records of equipment performance
* Promote workplace safety and environmental practices and followed designated safety practices while operatingequipment
* Provide preventative maintenance, as needed, to ensure equipment is safe and operating properly
* Conduct minor repairs on equipment issues, as needed, and report larger repairs or concerns to the appropriate personnel
* Perform other essential duties, as directed by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
* CDL license strongly preferred
* 10+ years of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment
* Valid OSHA-40 training
* Keen attention to detail and situational awareness
* Strong work ethic and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds

Responsibilities
Operateequipment used for construction purposes such as screeds, cranes, bulldozers, loaders, compost mixers, excavators, etc.
Build levels and excavate land surfaces using a variety of construction equipment.
Clear construction areas of debris and other hazardous materials prior to beginning a project, and dispose of it properly.
Transport waste to appropriate locations, if required.
Ensure that heavy equipment that is to be used on a construction project is cleaned on a regular basis.
Maintain and update inventory of supplies, material and equipment used in each project.
Perform preventative and general maintenance on heavy equipment.
Make sure that heavy equipment is safe for use by performing constant checks.
Ensure that all equipment is safely and securely stored at the end of each work day.
Take instruction from supervisor for daily work tasks and provide feedback to supervisor on a daily basis.
Ensure that work reports are prepared at the end of each day and handed over to the supervisor.
Maintain knowledge of safe construction work practices and procedures

We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow EquipmentOperators to join our winter operations team. As a Snow EquipmentOperator, you will be responsible for clearing snow from our commercial client locations including entry roads, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians during winter weather events.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steer, dump trucks and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment
Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed
Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required)
Previous snow removal experience operating snowplow trucks or heavy equipment for large commercial and industrial properties
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
