Perform all manual operations in the production process like enzyme dosage, supply and removal of drums at the solvent distillation etc.
Sampling of process fluids and solvents for in-process control
Minor maintenance of plant equipment like lubrication, greasing, minor mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Receive deliverables such as starch, solvents and caustic by truck. Packaging of finished goods. Monitoring of the outside parts of the plant and reporting any findings to Shift Supervisor.
Respond to emergencies. Maintain all online and in-plant training requirements.
Qualificiations Required:
High School Diploma is required. (Preferred Education, Fields of Study, Certifications: Mechanics, Electronics, and/or Chemical studies.)
Minimum of three years relevante experience
Good communication and verbal interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot systems and processes.
Make Plant Safety a priority.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Exposure to chemicals and other hazards, with requirements for training and proper PPE.
Will be required to lift 55 lbs., related to our finished packaging.
This position is a swing shift alternating days and nights every 2 weeks.

Scope of Responsibility:

We are looking for Experienced Excavator Operators to work Full Time! Qualified Excavator Operator applicants have experience with underground utility work.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience
* High school or GED
* Driver's license required
* Travel where work is performed in Iowa and surrounding states
* Must be able to work on the road during the week
* Ability to run excavator laying pipe. Need to understand how to bench slopes and work around underground utilities.
* Applicant must be able to work well with others and have a strong understanding of safety at the job site.
Essential Functions:
* Needs to work well with others
* Needs to follow orders from superiors
* Needs to take care and maintain tools and equipment
* Strong communication skills
* A desire to learn
* Attend work, and be on time
* 13-14 hour workdays
