Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights.
· Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures. Report
any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
· Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with
company policies.
· Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor.

General Responsibilities: Terracon's Construction Services consist of but are not limited to, the execution of environmental remediation, fuel service station closure, and renewable energy construction (testing, installation, and maintenance), which will be executed by Terracon-employed equipment operators and support staff. Equipment Operators perform site reconnaissance and confirm locations have met all utility clearance requirements. Work may include the operation of excavators, backhoes, dozers, skid steers, graders, loaders, scrapers, compactors, earth-hauling equipment, and/or other mobile equipment. Competency will be established and demonstrated in each specific piece of equipment operated. Services will take place in the field on Terracon or client project sites.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate competency in at least three types of mobile equipment e.g., Excavator, Dozer, Motor Graders, Skid Steer, Backhoe, Wheel Loader, Compactor and Water Truck.
* Provide oversight on a project site to laborers in the performance of remediation / construction services.
* Prepare daily field reports for current projects.
* Maintain operational integrity of equipment by performing pre-shift and post-shift safety inspections and complete daily equipment reports. Take prompt actions to facilitate any repairs needed to safely operate the equipment. Exercise stop work authority if the equipment cannot be made safe to operate.

About this Role
Job Summary:
The Directional Drilling Locator/Operator position is a locator who will work with a driller to install conduit and cable underground using horizontal directional drilling equipment and locating devices. In addition, the Locator and the Driller will work together to install handholes, flowerpots, pedestals and row signs and cable as required. Familiar with proper safety equipment and instruct new trainees in the proper use of the equipment and installation per the design
Follows OSHA, NESC, company safety regulations and precautions when completing assigned work

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions. Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift. Some exposure to odors, gases, dust and dirt may occur. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.
Lifting and carrying of 50 to 60 lbs. frequently is required. Job requires standing, walking, and sitting, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and reaching occasionally. DWG Inc., LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Loader Operator at our O'Donnell location. Experience in quarry is preferred.
A Loader operator is responsible for the safe operation of heavy construction equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
3+ years of experience operating a Front-End Loader
Knowledge of loading trucks & unloading trucks with forks.
Quarry experience preferred
Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights.
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA and MSHA regulations for safe working procedures. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor. Clean equipment on a regular basis.
Perform job tasks in accordance with industry best practices and requirements of the equipment (lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, carrying, sitting, walking, and climbing).
Effective Communication Skills (speech, vision, hearing/listening)
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
Some OT may be required depending on weather & project status
Perform other duties as required, directed, or as the situation dictates
